"Mitch, Mitch, wake up for me," Roman said as he shook his, but thus was to no avail. "I got something that may work," Night said as he digged in his bag, pulling out a syringe with a liquid substance inside it. "Stick this in him, I use it on unresponsive people, always works, and he has a pulse, right?" Night asked as Roman check, "yeah, but it's very weak," Roman said as he grabbed the needle. "Wait, how do I know that I can trust you?" Roman asked as Night scoffed. "You can't know for sure, but just take my word, I'm not a killer, why the hell would I kill my own daughter," Night said as Roman exhaled, he then stuck the needle into Mitch's arm and waited. Mitch then shot up quickly, "Thank God you're okay," Roman said as he hugged him, "told you," Night said as he exhaled. "Have they always been that strong?" Night asked as July shook her head, "No, they've never ever been as strong as that one," July said as she walked over to the bathroom. "Here's some bandages," July said as she handed them to Mitch. "We need to be more prepared and smart about this, we can't be as careless as we once were anymore, not after that," July said as everyone nodded.

"Okay, so, us five can investigate, we're all experienced," July said as Roman looked at Mitch. "What about Mitch, we can't leave him alone," Roman said as Mitch smiled. "Roman, look at me," Mitch said as Roman turned to face him. "I know you lost so many people, but I can assure you, you're not going to lose me, not now," Mitch said as Roman exhaled. "You five can go, I'm prepared if anything happens, I promise," Mitch said as Roman stood up. "If anything happens, send me a text, I'll be here in less than a minute," Roman said as Mitch cupped his face. "Have fun," he said, smiling as Roman smiled and left.

Mitch grabbed a knife and a gun with four bullets in it. He then sat down by a corner to avoid any sneak attacks when his fun began to ring. "Hello," he said as he replaced the knife with the phone. "Hello Mitch, separating wasn't the best idea, now your free for me to attack," the killer said as Mitch rolled his eyes. "Look, you can hurt me, but I draw the line when it comes to my friends," Mitch said as he loaded the gun. "You just saw how all six of you almost lost to the one of me. What makes you think that you won't die by me now?" The killer asked as Mitch smiled. "Never said that I would, quite frankly, I wouldn't care if you killed me now, but I made a promise to Roman, and I'm going to make sure I keep to that," Mitch said as the killer opened the door. "How sweet, but I really don't care for all that gay shit," the killer said as Mitch pointed the gun at the killer, shooting it twice, but out of the six spots in the mag, both the shots ended up being the empty ones. "Dumbass," the killer said as they grabbed Mitch's hand, twisting it, causing him to drop the gun.

"Fuck you," Mitch said lightly as the killer tilted their head. "No, thank you," they said as they stabbed Mitch in the stomach. Mitch then kicked the killer back, and he ran over to the knife he put down earlier as the killer grabbed his leg, causing him to fall. The killer then slid Mitch over to them, stabbing him in the back twice before turning him around. "This would be too boring," the killer said as they picked Mitch up by his neck before walking to the backroom to grab some rope. "Gotta stay true to the Christmas spirit. You can be Roman's little stocking," the killer said as they tied some rope on Mitch's neck before walking upstairs to the balcony. They then tied the other side of the rope onto something stable before throwing Mitch over the balcony.

He then gasped for air as he felt his throat tighten. He placed both of his arms on the knot behind him as he began to try and untie it, but there was no way he was going to be able to in the short window of breath he had, so he tried to think smarter. He reached into his pocket, and he grabbed the shiv he had in there. He took his breath slowly with caution, and he tried to keep as much air in his system as he could. He then began to cut the rope, but the knife wasn't sharp enough. He almost gave up when he thought about Roman. He then continued to cut the rope. He was about halfway through the rope when he felt like he couldn't breathe anymore. He was then starting to become lightheaded, and he passed out.

July cut the rope as Mitch fell into Roman's arms. "Mitch, stay with me, okay?" he said as he laid Mitch on the ground. He then checked for a pulse, and there was one, but it was weak. He then checked for a heartbeat, but it was slow. This was a good sign, though. He then began compressions as July, Damien, Zack, and Night waited by the door. Roman then began to give Mitch mouth to mouth as well. "You made a fucking promise," Roman said as he continued. He then checked for a pulse again, and it was getting stronger, and so was his heartbeat. "Yeah, that's what I'm talking about," Roman said as he continued. Mitch then took a gasp of air as he shot up, hyperventilating. "I told you," Mitch said as he coughed, and Roman smiled. "I knew it," Roman said as he hugged him, Mitch hugging him back.
