R4N- Third Times (Not) the Charm

July was with Roman, Tyler, Ed, and Zack, they were ready to uncover this mystery. But because of them all being together like this, it left some people alone.

"Okay we investigated about 64% of the town, good work," Liam said and Marlene smiled. "Ok, I think it's time we get some rest, I'll see you tomorrow," Liam said and Marlene nodded. Liam then left the house and Marlene went up to her room where her phone began to ring.

She walked over to it, confused. "Oh it's just Liam," she said answering the phone relieved. "Hello Marlene," the voice said and her heart stopped for a solid minute. "What do you want?" She asked and the voice sighed. "I'm tired of all of you asking the same question, I obviously want you dead," the voice said and it sent shivers down her spine. "Why me?" She asked not knowing what she could do. "Because you're a survivor," the voice said and the line disconnected. She then put the phone down and looked around for a place to hide.

"Well it worked the first time," she said looking at her closet, she then went inside it and hid. She held her breath as the killer walked inside the room. "You can't hide from me Marlene," the voice said looking under the bed and her eyes went wide as he walked toward the closet. She then busted out of the closet fast and the doors hit the killer knocking them aback. She then ran out of the room and down the stairs. She opened the front door and another killer was walking towards it so she closed and locked it.

She ran down to the kitchen and looked around for a way out. "Stop running Marlene," one of the killers said entering the living room. She then ran to the back door and the other killer was there. She grabbed her phone and called Liam while running back up the stairs. He didn't answer though and she was freaking out.

She ran to the room and closed the door, she forgot to lock it though because she was frantic. She then broke the window and looked down but she was too scared to jump. The killer then opened the door and she turned around to look at it. She looked back at the window but she couldn't jump. "Please, don't do this," she said looking at the killer and they shook their head. "It has to be done," they said flipping the knife in the air. They grabbed it and charged toward Marlene but she moved, getting the killer stuck in the window. She then pushed the killer out causing them to fall, but it wasn't fatal.

She was then stabbed in the back by the other killer. She turned around and looked the killer through their eyes. She then punched them and ran down the stairs but the killer followed her and she had nowhere to go.

The killer that she pushed out the window walked back into the house. "Holy shit just die!" The killer yelled and Marlene looked behind her at the door, she then ran over to it and left the house.

She continued to run, but she stopped and looked around. She didn't see a single human in sight, she turned to look at every single angle and she didn't see anyone. She looked back ahead and both of the killers were walking toward her. "You bitchh," one of them said and 6they started getting faster and so did she.

She had a rush of adrenaline and she was running fast but they were also fast and she would run out of breath soon. She tried to take swift turns but it was like they had her tracked and knew exactly where she was. She continued to run but she was growing tired and was running out of breath.

She stopped and she couldn't breathe. She turned around and sure enough, both the killers were already there. "How'd you know where I'd be?" She asked and one of the killers tilted their head. "When we call, it tracks where you are, some of you were smart and left their phone in the past but you clearly aren't, and you'll pay for it," they said lifting their knife and they stabbed her in the stomach and her mouth fell open. The other killer then stabbed her in the back. She cried out but no one could hear her. "Goodbye Marlene," the killer in front of her said and then the other killer stabbed her in the brain and the one in front of her stabbed her in the heart.
