Run 7: Brainstorm

"I say we don't try anything risky until July and Zack come, until then, we need to keep each other safe," Roman said and they nodded. "We could lockdown here, do you have enough food to last us?" Cory asked and Roman nodded. "Picked up a bunch of stuff from the market, could last two weeks at most," Roman said and they nodded. "July and Zack won't be here for another five days, because of their jobs, do we have enough time to wait? The killer could go and kill many more," Zorina said and Roman exhaled. "So, what do we do?" Roman asked and Cory sighed. "We can't let them kill any more people, it would be in our best interest to wait, but it'd be in the best interest of those civilians if we fight," Miles said and they nodded. "So we fight?" Cory asked and they nodded. "I have an idea, if we can injure the killer and find someone with that specific injury, then we will know who the killer is, because, it's always someone that we know," Roman said and Cory smiled. "Smart, grab some weapons, and we are gonna set up," Cory said and they each grabbed a weapon aside from Lorianne and Marlin. "We can be on the lookout, and let you know when you need to prepare sure sounds good," Roman said as the two exited the house, they then went inside the car and hid while holding the intercom in their hands.

The four inside then readied themselves. "It's one, they're coming!" Lorianne said over the intercom as Roman pushed the other three behind him. The killer then started banging on the door as Roman held his knife up in front of him. The killer busted down the door and swiftly shot their pistol into Roman's stomach. "Fuck," he said while groaning. Lorianne then started to choke the killer from behind as she didn't have a weapon. The killer then stabbed her in the shoulder and struck her in the cheek with the gun before pushing her onto the floor in front of the group. She then stood up as Marlin tripped the killer and attempted to pick up the gun, but the killer got it first, shooting him in the thigh. Miles helped Marlin over to them while the killer stood back up. The five then stood there, face-to-face with the killer. The killer then raised the gun as the group ran to the exit on the other side of the house. The six then ran to the car where they hurriedly went inside of it. Roman searched his pockets for the keys but he seemingly left them inside the house. "Run! To the movie theatre!" Roman yelled as they all exited the car. They then ran over to the movie theatre.

They entered the theatre and tried to blend in with the rest of the people there, but it just wasn't enough people. The killer walked in and immediately started shooting at the civilians, not caring who got killed. They shot a total of 10 bullets, all 10 connecting to the heads of any civilians that got in the way. As the killer started to reload his weapon, the six ran inside a showing of Cocaine Bear. They snuck in and split up, hiding among the audience. The killer walked in and scanned the audience, they shot seven more bullets toward them, all of them being headshots on more civilians. The group then dropped under the seats so the killer didn't see them. The killer then walked out of the showing when the group met back up and ran out of the showing where they heard more gunshots. They ran out of the theatre and ran as far away from the scene as they could, hearing faint gunshots in the background.

He then entered the reporter's car and drove away from the scene as the rest of the group waited by an ambulance. "Mission failed," Cory said and they nodded. "This killer really isn't playing any games, we need to wait for July and Zack," Roman said and they nodded.
