Run 7: Pursuit

The five drove back to Rayna and Laura's dorm, Laura was out right now. "Hey?" Rayna said but they pushed her aside and closed and locked the door. The five then ran upstairs while Rayna was confused. The killer busted inside the dorm and stabbed her in the stomach before lifting her in the air, the killer twisted the knife in her stomach when Roman stabbed the killer in the knee. Roman led Rayna upstairs where they reinforced the door. "What the fuck!" Rayna yelled as Roman held the dresser on the door. "Guys!" Cory yelled as they looked toward him. Miles from the other dorm set up a ladder with Cory for them to cross. "Rayna, you should go first," he said as she shook her head. "Cory and Zorina, you two should go, I'll stay with Roman and hold the door, Lorianne and Marlin, you two go next," Rayna said. "But," Cory said and Rayna smiled. "Just go," she said and Cory climbed onto the ladder. He held his breath and crawled down to the other window as fast as he could. Zorina came after, then the twins went. "Go!" Rayna yelled, pushing Roman over to the window, he handed her a knife and nodded before crossing over to the other window. Rayna then got on the ladder, she went halfway when she started getting scared. "Guys I can't do it! I can't!" She yelled and they started yelling at her to hurry up. "I don't wanna die, I don't wanna go," she said looking down. She saw as the group got even more scared, and she turned to see the killer looking at her from the room. "No!" She yelled as she started to move slowly, but it was too late. The killer put the knife down and held the ladder and started to shake it violently. "No!" Rayna yelled as she started to move slowly. "Grab my hand!" Miles yelled, reaching his hand out as Rayn tried to reach for it. The killer then tilted the ladder to the left causing Rayna to fall. She hit her head on the trashcan and then fell back as a piece of metal on the ground stabbed her in her back. "Rayna!" Miles yelled and looked at her and the killer snickered. "Sorry, hope she had a fun drop," the killer said, picking up their knife and walking away.

Lorianne, Cory, Zorina, Marlin, Roman, and Miles went down outside the dorm to see if Rayna survived, but she didn't. "Damn," Miles said standing back up. "Exactly, that must've hurt, we let this happen to her. If we didn't lead those killers here, she'd be alive," Cory said as Miles placed his hands on Cory's shoulder. "Don't blame yourselves, you didn't have anywhere else to go, she just had an intense fear of heights, that's what happened," Miles said and Cory shrugged. "Maybe but still, we could've done more," Cory said, laying his head on Miles' shoulder. "I'll call the ambulance to bring her in, we shouldn't stay here though, the killer knows that we are here, we need to move," Roman said, taking out his phone to call. The rest nodded. "My car is in no position to drive, anyone got another one we could fit in?" Roman asked and Miles nodded. "I just need to go and get my keys," Miles said entering the house. He left the house and went into the car. "Roman, you can drive, Zorina go in the front seat, Cory you can sit on my lap and you two can sit on the other two seats," Miles said and Cory rolled his eyes. "Of course, let's go find a spot we can stay at," Cory said and Roman nodded. They then entered the car and drove away after Roman called in the body.

The group drove down to Roman's house where they stayed to brainstorm. "This killer is probably the most brutal, swiftest, and strongest killer I have ever encountered, I don't know what we can do, but we need to figure it out," Roman said and they nodded. "We need to stay together, be prepared for anything, and know that we can trust each other and I'm almost positive that we can trust Miles," Zorina said and Miles smiled. "Appreciate it," Miles said and Zorina smiled. "I don't know why we wouldn't trust you, this is what, the second time you've saved our lives?" Zorina asked and he nodded. "Yeah, let's brainstorm," Miles said and they smiled.
