Run IX: Preperation

Mitch, July, and Roman then met up with Leilani, Devin, and Blaze to patch her wound and discuss. "This killer doesn't want you dead. They said they want you to suffer as you apparently made them suffer when they called me," July said as Leilani eyed her. "Who the hell would want revenge on me?" Leilani asked as July shrugged. "I have no clue," July said as Leilani exhaled. "Wait, if this killer wants me dead, then why don't we set up a trap to bring them to us?" Leilani asked as Roman nodded. "Great idea, wait July, what about your shrine? It's big. There's enough space for us to spread out as well," Roman asked as July nodded. "Yeah, great idea," July said as she looked at Mitch. "I say we have Leilani as bait of course, then me and Roman can handle them. Then Blaze and Devin, you two can be lookout and send us an alert when they're coming. As for you, Mitch, we need you to stay hidden as a last resort if things go south and bring your medical supplies for the aftermath," July said as everyone nodded. "I'll send you the coordinated Leilani before we do that, I have some things I need to do," July said as everyone separated.

July sent Leilani the coordinates as she entered her house. She went upstairs to her safe and put in the combo. She grabbed her personal gun and knife from the safe, putting both by her side. She then turned around when she was face to face with the killer. "Nice plan July, but watch it all fumble apart, I'm going to kill you now, which will divert Roman and Mitch from the shrine where I can start act 3 because thanks to you, you have all my victims in one place," the killer said as July reached for her gun by her side, but the killer stabbed her in the stomach. "Thank you for setting everything up for me, I strongly appreciate it," the killer said as July fell to the ground. The killer then stabbed her in the shoulder before leaving.

"Where's July?" Roman asked as Mitch shrugged. "I thought she said she had something to do real quick," Mitch said as Roman checked the time. "Yeah, but it's been an hour. She wouldn't be gone for this long," Roman said as Mitch nodded. "Me and Mitch are going to check on her. Are you all good here?" He asked Leilani, Devin, and Blaze. "Yeah, we're gonna be fine. Just go," Leilani said as Roman and Mitch left the shrine.

Grayson walked down the sidewalk when he got a call. "Hello?" He asked when he answered it, "Hello Grayson," the killer said as Grayson looked around. "What do you want?" Grayson asked as the killer snickered. "I want you dead," the killer said as Grayson spinned in a circle. "Where are you?" Grayson asked. "Why would I tell you that?" The killer said as Grayson smirked. "Who even are you?" Grayson asked as the killer scoffed. "Oh, don't worry about that, you'll be dead before you find out," the killer said as he turned around to see the killer behind him. "Shit," he said as he ran over to his car, but the killer followed. He got in and started it when the killer appeared on the left side of the car. The killer broke the window and grabbed Grayson, pulling him out of the car from the window. The killer then stabbed Grayson in the stomach five times before grabbing his keys and entering Grayson's car.

"Wow, I'm so excited to start my final act," the killer said as the three looked at them. "Look at you three, big plan failed, hmm? The killer said as Blaze took out a gun. "Great, looks like you're my first target," the killer said as they swiftly rushed forward, dodging the bullets. They then stabbed Blaze five times before Devin punched them. "You bitch," the killer said as they left the scene. Blaze then fell back onto the wall , "fuck are you okay?" Devin asked but Blaze was knocked out. "Guys, I've found Grayson," Lya said, entering the shrine with blood on her hands. "Holy shit is he okay?" Samara asked as she mysteriously arrived too. "Okay what the fuck!" Leilani yelled as the two looked at her.
