Leilani laid down on her hospital bed, thinking about what just happened and what she could've done better. "Sweetheart," a voice said, a voice she wasn't expecting to hear ever again. "Dad?" She said as she looked up. "Hey Lei," he said as he walked toward her, but Leilani gave him a cold stare. "No, you don't get to show up after eight entire years and say, hey, that's not how this shit works," Leilani said as her dad tilted his head. "Language, Lei," he said as she scoffed. "Oh, so now you want to be a dad? Get the hell out of here," she said as he tried to get closer to her once more. "Fucking go!" She yelled as he nodded. He then left the room, leaving Leilani with her thoughts.

"Yeah, she's in a bad state, but she lived, and that's all that matters," Devin said, delivering the news to the group. "That's amazing," Blaze said as he hugged Devin. "Yeah, it is. Thank God you were there," Devin said, smiling. "I think the killer wanted her to live," Grayson said as the others looked at him. "Think about it, this killer is powerful, we saw how he just knocked me and Marvin back, the way he picked Marvin up and the way they flung him with just one hand. Don't you think that the killer would be able to kill Leilani when she's all on her own?" Grayson asked as Blaze and Devin looked at him. "A diversion, so the killer can get their real target," Blaze said as Grayson nodded. "Exactly, question is, who's the real target?" Grayson said.

Lya walked down the sidewalk to her house alone. Her phone then began to ring. "Ello," she said as she answered it. The voice was silent for a bit. "Uhm, you there?" She asked. "Yes, sorry, is this July?" The voice asked as Lya chuckled. "No, this isn't July, funny mistake," Lya said. "I don't see the humor," the voice said menacingly as the line disconnected. Lya then sped up.

"Well, let's think about this. This killer is definitely after our friend group and wanted us distracted. Leilani is in the hospital right, so that leaves four of us distracted. That being me, you two, and Leilani. That also narrows down the possible victims to Mya, Lya, Nate, Samantha, and Aniya, we can lower down our victims even further. I personally think this killer has a personal vendetta against Leilani in particular. That leaves only Lya and Aniya. They're the closest to Leilani, making them the perfect targets," Grayson said as the other two nodded. "I'm betting on Lya, Aniya is more risky," Blaze said as they nodded. "Let's call her, see where she is," Devin said as Grayson pulled out his phone.

"Hello?" She said panikly as she answered the phone. "Where are you?" Grayson said on the other line. "I'm down by Riley, hurry, I think I'm in danger," Lya said as Grayson picked up his keys. Grayson, Devin, and Blaze then left.

Leilani then got a phone call after the other three had left the hospital. "Your friends are easy to distract, and so are the policemen that were supposed to be covering you," the killer said, and Leilani shook her head. "You smart bastard," Leilani said as the killer snickered. "They believe that Lya is in danger, but in reality, you are," the killer said as the line disconnected. Leilani then unplugged everything that was wired to her, and she stood up. She limped over to the desk where the syringes were being kept. She picked one up and turned back around and faced the door. She then heard a noise, like a knife was being dragged upon the wall. She then readied herself.

"Visit number two," the killer said as they entered the room. "Why the hell are you only after me?" Leilani asked as the killer tilted their head. "When I start a mission, I tend to complete it," the killer said as they walked toward Leilani slowly. "I also enjoy playing with my food," the killer said as they chuckled. "Oh fuck you," Leilani said as the killer grabbed her arm and pulled her toward them, this caused her to drop the syringe. The killer then kicked Leilani back into the wall. "No," she said as the killer walked toward her. "Sorry, sweetheart," the killer said as they attempted to stab her in the heart, but Leilani dodged it. She then tried to run away, but she couldn't.

The killer was quick to catch up, grabbing Leilani by her hair and yanking her back. The killer then stabbed her twice in the stomach before Leilani got free of their grasp. She then tried to get away again, gaining some distance, dropping everything in front of her.

"You okay?" Devin asked Lya as Lya nodded. "Yeah," Lya said as Devin's eyes widened. "Crazy idea, but what if they wanted to lead us away from Leilani by distracting us with a fake attack on Lya," Devin said as Grayson exhaled. "Holy shit, come on!" Grayson yelled as the four entered Grayson's car.

Leilani tried to speed walk down the stairs, but the killer caught up once again. They then picked Leilani up and dangled her above the stairs. "You could die right now, you know?" The killer said. "No, you can," Roman said, walking up the stairs, armed with a gun. "Put her down, right the fuck now," Roman said, cooking his gun. "Of course you came," the killer said as they threw Lailani back into the wall. They then disappeared into the shadows. "You okay?" Roman asked as Leilani shook her head. "I want my mom," Leilani said, crying as Roman hugged her. "Don't worry, she's on her way," Roman said as Leilani cried in his arms.

"Thank you so much for staying with her," Devin said as Roman smiled. "Of course," he said as Blaze looked at him. "I've seen you somewhere," Blaze said as Roman smiled. "You probably have, I'm kind of famous around here, I've been in the past seven massacres that took place," Roman said as Blaze nodded. "Wow," Blaze said as Roman placed a hand on his shoulder. "You all stay safe, I need to go," Roman said as Blaze nodded. Roman then left.
