3rd Person's Point of View

Imari has been spending the entire day sleeping in one of the most luxurious penthouse in Monaco that Yakov purchased in the early 2020. It cost him around 20 billion in Philippine peso, but it was recently reported in the news that the value of his property has increased up to 36% in the latest issued magazine of Forbes.

Yakov's men has been watching out for Imari while he was busy attending important meetings together with his business partners.

Imari woke up a little dizzy and is having an extreme headache. It was her first time riding an airplane and the thought makes her feel nauseous. She has a fear of heights and she almost passed out while in the middle of a 14-hour flight, thankfully, Yakov's personal doctor flew with them so they were able to alleviate Imari's sickness.

"Nasaan siya?" pinakaunang tanong na lumabas sa bibig ni Imari nang makaharap ang mga tauhan ni Yakov.

"He's having an important meeting right now, Miss Imari. But he informed us that he would immediately come back so he could share dinner with you in his favorite restaurant."

"Hindi ba pwedeng ngayon nalang siya bumalik? Sobrang sakit na kasi ng ulo ko." malungkot na sambit ni Imari at sumandal sa headboard ng kama.

"I will call Mr. Sterling to assist you in the mean time, Miss." Dominic was about to leave the room but he heard Imari groaned in irritation.

"Si Yakov nalang." aniya. "Siya pauwiin mo."

Although she sounded like a brat, but she can't contain herself from wanting Yakov's presence beside her. She thought that she's in a stranger place, country even, so she needs him most this time.

"But he said —,"

"Ako nalang tatawag sa kanya." Imari cut him off and reached for her phone. She immediately went to her contacts just to realize that she deleted his phone number long ago. "Nevermind, nasaan ba siya?"

"He's at the Monte Carlo Casino right now, Miss. He told us not to disturb him before he left. I would suggest that it's best if you just wait for him to come back, Miss Imari." magalang na saad ni Dominic but Imari just rolled her eyes in defiance with Dominic.

"Pahingi ng contact number niya Dom." utos ni Imari.

Napabuntong hininga nalang si Dominic at napatitig sa kasama na si Vioz. Vioz tilted his head, signalling Dominic not to give Imari what she wants.

"Are you hungry, Miss Imari? The chef prepared delicious food for you." Dominic diverted the topic, yet failed.

"Pahiram nalang niyang cellphone mo. Bilis na, Dominic. Namumuo na ang galit sa utak ko, sige." Imari tried to threatened him, however, she just sounded like a whining child.

"Here, Miss." inabot ni Dominic ang cellphone niya at agad namang dinial ni Imari ang number ni Yakov gamit ang cellphone ng lalaki.

It took 2 missed calls before Yakov finally answered the call.

"I will fucking kill you —,"

"Hi." Imari greeted.

Yakov was left speechless on the other line.

"Hello there, gorgeous woman. Why are you using Dominic's phone?" he responded still in disbelief of the words that came out of his mouth.

"Busy ka ba?" imbes sagutin ay nagtanong pabalik si Imari sa binata at kinagat ang kuko habang hinihintay ang sagot ni Yakov.
