I swam in the water as we tested out the drone thing. I went up for air when I heard JJ say "God bless geeks, Pope. Truly man. What would we do without you to control the drones." The other two in the water came up for air. "It's not a drone. It's an ROV." Pope corrected the blonde "Shut up, it's to early for that right now" JJ groaned.

"Hey, once we get footage of the wreck we will bring it to the lawyer in town and file a formal claim" the cold breeze overwhelmed my body as I got out of the water. "It's bullshit. Why do we have to do that?" JJ asked "well, there is maritime salvage law. You can't just go to the ocean floor and scoop up a bunch of stuff up" Pope told him. "I know. I know it's just lawyers aren't cheap bro" JJ replied.

"Well, as soon as they see the footage, they'll work for a comp" John B informed us. "How do you know all of that?" Kiara asked "Because my dad said it, like, 1 million times".

"Yeah, that's fair" I grabbed a towel and pulled it over my body. "this tether is, like, really long. In the wrong weather, it can get pushed around" Pope announced. "then we'll go at dead calm" thunder in the distance rumbled. "At slack tide?" Kiara grabbed another towel. "So, now we just gotta wait around for the right weather" Pope spoke "And today is not that day" he continued.

I looked over to see my phone buzz. "Hello" I answered. I heard talking in the back ground. "Hey June, I was hoping you could come pull a shift over here" My boss spoke. "Uh yeah, sure, what time do you need my to be there" I asked politely "around 12 if that's okay" I checked the time and it read 11:30. "Sure I'll see you later" we said our goodbyes and hung up.

"Who was that" John B asked "My boss. I have to go to work at 12" I sighed "okay" his face puzzled "what, did you not know I worked" I laughed slightly "no actually where do you work" JJ asked. I glanced over at him "The country club" I sighed.

JJ chuckled "wow wouldn't have expected that, kook" the last word felt like a knife in my heart. We all looked over at JJ disappointed. "Whatever, I'm going to go change" I grabbed my stuff and walked into the house.

I went inside and changed into my uniform and went outside to see John b messing with a map and a couple of other things. "Watcha doin" I asked walked over. "Just checking this stuff out." He told me not looking up. I sat in a chair next to him silently.

A few minutes later I heard rustling from behind us. "It's your turn" a voice spoke "Uh, for what" John B and I looked up to see no other then Sarah Cameron. I gave her a tight lipped smile she then replied with one to.

"To ask me what I'm doing here" My face scrunched up at not knowing what she was talking about.

"What are you doing here?" He asked "I realized I didn't get a chance to respond the other day after you spat my face and yelled at me and off like a child. So, first of all, I'm not a liar. I don't know how Ward found out about the scuba gear, but I swear it wasn't me. I'm not the reason you got fired." Sarah told my brother. "Okay" he shortly replied. "Thats all good talk" she smiled "Oh. Your favorite and yours to. Good catch" she threw a bag of Skinny Popcorn and a bag of SunChips. "Yes!" I exclaimed, quickly opening it.

After a few seconds later he stared longingly at where she left "Oo my brothers got a crush" I teased him "shut up" he threw a piece of popcorn at me. "Well, I'm going to head over to work, bye" I smiled and left.

I clocked in and made my way over to the bar. I watched as two motorcycles pulled up. "You've got to be shitting me" I groaned "Oh, look who it is my favorite worker" the Cameron boy smirked "What do you want Rafe" I asked "Well me and my boy Top, you know him of course, are doing some golfing today" he smirk devilishly. "Go on right ahead" I smiled sarcastically "I'll go get them" Topper told Rafe walking away "okay" he replied.
