The next morning the bad guys started to pack up their things and after what happened

Wolf could see princess was still upset, her hurt face hunts him.

He felt bad about what happened to her mom and everything felt awkward between them.

"Hey...you ok princess" he asked trying to comfort her.

"Huh? Oh yeah I'm fine wolf, I just-" she walks over to a window hugging herself.

Wolf could still see she's emotional wrecked.

"Hey, you ok" wolf grabbed her shoulders and rubs them.

"It's just so hard with all of this since you know mom...I'm sorry"

Wolf frowns, "hey I know happened to mom...wasn't exactly fair to you but you need to know your mom would be glad to see how much you grown, do I regret what I did yes, it haunts me ever since I took you in, but just know when I met you I had to risk everything for you so I could raise you as my own, I thought wanted you needed was a family who cared about you then your dad was I thought I could make it up to your mom"

Then she turns to him, "and I'm sure she would be glad to see that you took care of me"

Princess smiled softly at wolf and hugs him, he in returns wrapped his arms around her.

"Come on, we better go find that inheritance"

They were in a empty living room, "well there's nothing in this one and this is the last room we checked" princess says.

They exit the room where they meet up with the others.

"We checked every room and we still can't find it" snake says.

"Maybe the inheritance was a trip to a resort" princess says as they walked back to their room.

"That's the spirit princess appreciation what you have, atta girl" piranha says but snake was still feeling upset.

In their room, they get ready to leave, when wolf saw upset princess was.

"Hey...you ok"

She turns to wolf who touches her left shoulder.

"Yes...I'm fine...but I feel like...something is off"

"Like what?"

"I don't know like something bad is going to happen"

They the both walk out of the bedroom and head to the living room.

"Now what's gonna happen"

Just then they both gasped when at the door was....

"Thomas" wolf growled.

Thomas was standing at the front door, then blocking the door were a couple of strong henchmen.

"Hello wolf, princess"

Princess begin to panicked as she bumps into wolf, he holds her closet and the bad guys huddle together around princess to protect her.

But princess turns firm, "what do you want father"

"As you remember, I married your mother out of money but she left you everything"

"And she made a smart choice, knowing you, you would ditched your daughter" snake hissed.

"So I waited for you to turn 16 so I can't take the will for myself since I couldn't get anything, her friend refused to give me anything, so I came to get back what was rightfully mines"
