A flashback to 11 years ago, after the bad guys get released from prison, they finally adopted princess.
When she was little, she was getting ready for bed, she was getting comfy.
The bad guys gathered around to put princess to sleep, after telling her the story of our they given up being bad guys...piranha gives up a guitar and sings.
"Promise as one does I, I will protect you at all costs"
He stands by her side making her giggles.
"Keep you safe here in my arms!I, I will protect you at all costs" then in bondful moment, she pressed her tiny paw on his head and he closes his eyes and smiled, then slowly she started to drifty fall asleep.
"At all costs" when she fell asleep, they sneak out quietly watching her sleep.
Only snake stayed behind to pull her cover and wolf looks at her thinking how lucky he is and he blows her a kiss.
Then 11 years later, after a confrontation with Thomas after he escaped prison and tried to take princess and harm her again.
She thought she could change him like she had with the bad guys but she made a horrible realization.
He'll never change
She came bursting through the door of their mansion, outraged by Thomas.
"That-that man, how dare" she threw her bag, wolf was concerned.
"I know-"
"He's impossible, he's despicable, he's-he's-he's-ugh, he is so unbelievably"
"Princess" he tries to calm her down.
"He's selfish, he'll never change, he's never gonna change, he's always gonna be that bloody thieving Wanker, god I hate...I wish he was dead"
"Hey, hey, it's him a be ok, it's gonna be ok" he grabs her shoulders.
She looks in his eyes hoping to see the light but all she saw was: panic, fear and darkness.
"How? In what world is it gonna be bloody ok, you kept telling me it's gonna be ok but I-" she pulls on her fur out of frustration.
She sits on the sofa and copes with the burden of having her only family in danger, the only family who ever cared about her, being tormented and stalked and attacked by Thomas.
"I want to believe that everything will be ok, but how can I see that everything will be ok that everything will be fine, to be alright when you, all of you are being hunted by my ex father Thomas chesterfield, a mad man who never cared or loved or even wanted me, it's my fault you guys have to carry this burden, and what's worst, father has gone crazy and there's nothing I can do, I just want-I wish everything will be fine"
She buried her face in her hands and started crying, wolf feeling empathy for his adopted daughter wanted to take her pain away but...

He dances with her but she pulls from him and walks away then he reaches out to her.

He take her hands, holding on tight to never let go, "I'd fight for you in ways you can't imagine Felt this, no, I haven't, I hope It would be all right to stay right here beside you"
Then he slides his hand on her cheek rubbing it, "And love as one does I, I will protect you at all costs"
"Keep you safe here in my arms I, I will protect you at all costs At all costs" she touched his hand, rubbing as she closed her eyes melting into his hand in warmth.

Then he cups both of her cheeks for her to look up at him with light.
"If you're ever feeling like you're lost I'll come find you
