The following morning, the school hallways were unusually lively. Whispers spread from student to student as word got out that something big was about to go down. Trish, oblivious to the tension in the air, strutted through the halls as if she owned them.
That was about to change.
As she reached her locker, a group of students—quietly encouraged by Claudine, Laura, and Kira—stood nearby, holding their phones at the ready. The trio had spent the night crafting the perfect revenge, one that would leave Trish just as humiliated as Princess had been.
The moment Trish opened her locker, a loud BANG echoed through the hall as a carefully rigged balloon filled with neon pink slime burst right above her head. The thick, gooey substance dripped down her hair, staining her expensive designer clothes.
Gasps and laughter rippled through the hallway as students pulled out their phones to record the moment. Trish stood there, stunned, her mouth opening and closing like a fish out of water.
"What the—?!" she screeched, trying to shake off the slime, but it only made things worse, sticking to her like glue.
Then, as if on cue, Eddie—who had been waiting for just the right moment—stepped forward, arms crossed. "Looks like someone finally got a taste of their own medicine," he said, his voice loud enough for everyone to hear.
Trish turned on him, rage burning in her eyes. "You think this is funny?!"
Eddie smirked. "Actually, yeah. Kind of."
The crowd erupted into laughter.
Claudine leaned against the lockers, grinning. "Oh, don't worry, Trish. It's just a prank, right?"
Trish's face burned red with humiliation as she realized there was nothing she could do. No one was coming to her rescue. Not her friends, not the teachers, and certainly not her parents.
Laura stepped forward, arms folded. "You humiliated Princess in front of everyone. You deserved to be knocked down a peg."
Trish glared at them, but she knew she had lost. pink slime still dripping from her hair, the sound of students laughing ringing in her ears.
As the trio ran Trish chased them, princess was walking by when she runs into her friends.
"Hey princess" Claudine takes a breather.
"Alright, what did you do this time"
Claudine, still catching her breath, exchanged a sly grin with Laura and Kira. "Oh, nothing too bad," she said, feigning innocence.
Kira snickered. "Just a little... payback."
Princess narrowed her eyes. "What kind of payback?"
Before they could answer, a furious shriek echoed down the hall.
"GET BACK HERE, YOU FREAKS!"
Princess turned just in time to see Trish, covered in neon pink slime, stomping toward them like an enraged bull. Her designer outfit was ruined, her once-perfect hair dripped with goo, and her entire face was flushed with humiliation.
"Oh no," Princess muttered, already sensing the chaos that was about to unfold.
Claudine grabbed her hand. "Time to run."
Without another word, the girls took off down the hallway, dodging students who had gathered to watch the aftermath of their prank. Laughter and cheers followed them as Trish struggled to keep up, slipping slightly on the remnants of the slime.
