On the 19th, BTS was performing live at the LA Memorial Coliseum, and Princess was beyond excited. She stood in front of the mirror, adjusting the sparkly silver cropped tank top she had picked out for the night. Paired with ripped blue jeans, black ballet flats, and a white lace choker, she felt like she was stepping into the spotlight. Her hair was styled into half-up space buns, with gems scattered through the strands, giving her that perfect, whimsical vibe. She couldn't forget the friendship bracelet her friends had given her for her 16th birthday—"Friends 4ever" was written in beads, a constant reminder of the bond they shared.
Once she finished getting ready, she made her way downstairs, where her friends and Diane were waiting for her. The Bad Guys, ever supportive, called out to her as she made her way toward the door.
"Have a good time at the concert, sweetheart." Wolf says
Princess smiled, waving back as she slipped into the car, feeling the excitement building up. Diane, ever the responsible driver, took the wheel and started making their way to the concert. As the city lights passed by, the energy in the car was electric. The girls couldn't stop talking about the concert who they were excited to see, what they hoped would happen. They couldn't believe they were actually going to see BTS live in Los Angeles!
As they neared the venue, they could see the crowds gathered outside, many of them wearing BTS merchandise, holding signs, and waving lightsticks. The excitement was palpable, and the girls' anticipation reached a fever pitch.
When they finally arrived and went inside the venue, they were in awe. The Coliseum was massive, and the atmosphere was buzzing with the excitement of thousands of fans. Everywhere they looked, there were ARMY members, each person holding their lightstick in a unique way, as if it was their personal connection to the band. The energy in the air was contagious, and Princess could feel the butterflies in her stomach.
As they found their seats, Claudine spotted Laura's boyfriend, Alexei, across the crowd. Her eyes widened in surprise, and she pointed him out to the group.
"Alexei? What are you doing here?!" Claudine asked
The girls screamed in shock and excitement, rushing to hug him. Princess was the first to speak, her voice full of disbelief and enthusiasm.
"You're an ARMY?!" Princess asked
The girls squealed and pulled him into a big group hug. Alexei laughed, clearly having as much fun as they were. He had a huge grin on his face as he explained that he had been a BTS fan for a while, but he'd kept it a secret until now.
The crowd of BTS fans was getting louder as the anticipation built. Fans of all ages waved their lightsticks and wore ARMY gear, their energy infectious. As the lights dimmed and the music began, the stadium erupted with cheers and screams. Everyone around them was on their feet, and the girls joined in, standing as they awaited the moment they had all been waiting for.
And then they were there. The BTS boys stepped onto the stage, and the entire arena went wild. The lights flashed, the music thumped in their chests, and the energy in the stadium exploded. It was impossible to even hear yourself think over the noise of the fans. Claudine immediately locked eyes with Jin, her mouth dropping in excitement.
"OH MY GOD!!!"
Laura, who had her eyes set on J-Hope, couldn't help herself.
"J-Hope, MARRY ME!"
The girls laughed at her enthusiastic outburst as they looked around at the boys they were each swooning over. Kira was practically jumping out of her seat when she saw Suga, waving her lightstick wildly.
"YES! Suga!!!"
Alexei was practically glowing as he spotted Jimin across the stage.
"Jimin, I love you, man!"
And Princess, of course, couldn't take her eyes off Jungkook. Her heart raced as he waved to the crowd.
"OMG, I LOVE YOU, JUNGKOOK!!"
Then, the music started, and the boys kicked off their set with "Euphoria" in English. The crowd went absolutely wild, singing along with every word. Princess and her friends joined in, their voices blending with the rest of the ARMY. It felt like one big, happy family, all singing their hearts out to the song they had all been waiting for.
The entire arena vibrated with excitement, the screams of fans echoing through the stadium. The music was louder than ever, and the atmosphere was electric. Every single fan seemed to be in sync with the boys on stage, singing the same lyrics, moving in time with the rhythm, sharing the same joy. Princess couldn't believe she was part of it all.
As the concert went on, the energy never died down. The crowd roared with every song, every move BTS made on stage. The lights danced above, casting a colorful glow over the audience, and the girls danced and sang along, lost in the moment. They were no longer just fans; they were part of the experience, a part of the ARMY family.
For Princess and her friends, this wasn't just about seeing their favorite idols in person. It was about the feeling of unity, of being surrounded by thousands of people who shared their love and passion. There was something magical in the air that night, something that made all of them feel connected in a way they never had before.
When the final song ended and the last note echoed through the arena, everyone stood up, clapping and cheering. The girls, their faces flushed with happiness, hugged each other tight, unable to contain their excitement.
"That was... that was the best concert ever!" Princess says
The girls nodded in agreement, and Alexei laughed, clearly as excited as they were. They all stayed close together, knowing this was a night they would never forget. It was a perfect moment of happiness, friendship, and, of course, the incredible experience of seeing BTS live.
As they made their way out of the Coliseum, the streets were alive with the buzzing energy of fans, some still holding their lightsticks, others talking excitedly about their favorite moments from the concert. Princess couldn't help but feel a sense of gratitude. She was so thankful to have such amazing friends to share this experience with. It had been everything they had dreamed of and more.
"I can't believe it's over. It feels like it just started!" Princess says
The girls laughed, their energy still high despite the late hour. They all agreed it had been a night to remember.
As they piled into the car, their voices still filled with excitement, Alexei looked at the group and smiled.
"So... what's next? Another BTS concert?" Alexei asked
The girls giggled, knowing that if it was up to them, they would be at every BTS concert for the rest of their lives. But for now, they were content to let this night live on in their memories.
Princess sat back in her seat, looking out the window as the city lights passed by. She smiled to herself, realizing that it wasn't just about the concert—it was the friendships that made moments like these truly unforgettable. She'd carry this night with her forever.
It had been the best concert ever.
