The next day Heyjin woke up to an intense headache. "Ugh. Did we drink yesterday?" She rubbed her forehead trying to lessen the pain.
"Why can't i remember anything" she shut her eyes due to the pain.
She got out from the bed slowly trying not to hurt her head more. She waddled towards her kitchen to make herself a hangover soup. She opened the tap to wash her hands.
She withdrawed her hands back due to a sudden sensation . Bringing it up close to her face to inspect, there was a large cut at the side of her hand. She stared at the cut with furrowed brows.
"Did i fall?Did i fight? Wait" her eyes widened at the thought.
"Did i kiss some strangers?" She screamed just by thinking about it.
"I'll ask donghyuck what happened." She proceeded to make the soup which was stopped in halfway.
Time skip
After reaching the station, hyejin headed straight towards donghyuck who was intently staring at his phone.
"Hyuck" hyejin called out as she moved closer towards him
"Yeah" he replied looking up at her.
"Do you remember what happened yesterday?"
"Not that much. All i remember was us heading towards a small shop for drinks after getting tired of the amusement park. Then it's blank." Donghyuck replied
"How did we get home being drunk." She furrowed her brows.
"I'm sure some one stayed up sober to drive." Donghyuck shrugged his shoulders.
Hyejin nodded her head in response. Donghyuck scanned her from head to toe. Seeing her bruised hand he furrowed his eyebrows. "You alright. What happened to your hands?" He questioned taking her hands in his.
"I don't know. I don't even remember what happened at the amusement park." Hyejin sighed.
"Hey it's alright. I guess you was too drunk. And this bruise looks like you fell somewhere. Don't you even have time to bandage it.?" He pulled out a first aid box from his drawer.
He pulled her hands closer to apply antiseptic and wrap it up. The two was met with peaceful silence.
"By the way, isn't jaehyun coming?" Hyejin asked breaking the silence.
"Yeah. He overslept. He'll be here soon." Donghyuck replied.
Hyejin nodded in response.
"Here you go. It's all done. Next time don't forget to clean and bandage your wounds okay?" Donghyuck was worried about her. She qas so immersed in the investigation that she forgot about herself.
"Yes sir" hyejin saluted looking at him.
After a moment of silence both of them broke into a fit of laughter.
