Don't trust everything you see. Even salt looks like sugar.

The next day as they decided, the trio was headed towards cherry high, the most popular bar there. More like a prostitute club. As they entered the bar they was greeted with colourful lights and sweaty people all around. Hyejin scrunched her nose after seeing a lot of peoples. Hyejin wasn't liking all this one bit. She was not a party person but would do anything if it was for her job. They made their was pushing past the crowd. They went and got seated at the bar. The barista came up to them.

"What would you like to have sir?"

"I'll have a glass of vodka. What about you guys?" He turned towards jaehyun and Hyejin.

"Same here. Heyjin?" Jaehyun said

"I'll just have a cocktail" she was not ready to face those after effects of alcohol tonight. Besides they came here as a part of investigation so someone should be there to keep an eye around.

"You're not drinking?" Donghyuck raised one brow at her.

"We came here to keep an eye around bitch no get wasted"

"Aah yes i forgot" donghyuck smiled sheepishly. Hyejin rolled her eyes in return.

"Well then have fun not getting wasted." Donghyuck turned to face Jaehyun and called out his name. After not getting reply to his multiple calls donghyuck nudged him a little to bring his attention back.

"Earth to bro! What got you thinking so deep?" Donghyuck questioned him.

Jaehyun hesitated to ask rhe question that has been clouding his mind. He looked towards hyejin to find her scrolling her phone. He scooted towards donghyuck. "Why do you think her family was killed. Wasn't they lnown for being a perfect family and all?"

"Must be because of greed" hyejin replied looking up from her phone towards jaehyun. He gulped. She won't be okay with talking about her family who passed away. Guess he spoke loud.

Donghyuck glared at jaehyunand turned to face hyejin. "Hey sorry about that. He didn't mean it like that."

"It's okay I'm fine" she acted tough outside but donghyuck could see right through her to know taht was a lie.

"My family might be known for their good behavior and the company they was running outside. Not inside the house. Even though they had a lot of money, they wanted more. Me and my brother was very close and i used to share everything with him. I used to complaint how our parents was obsessed with money and he used to agree. Until one day my parents brainwashed him into believing they are doing right things. I told him it wasn't right. And he said that mom and dad are doing it for our future. I couldn't believe my brother believed those bullshits. I tried convincing him out of it but no matter what i did, he stood strong to his beliefs. Money, again money and more money. At some point they even forgot i existed." Hyejin scoffed trying to act like she didn't care. But came out as a patheric one just like her life.

"Let's forget about it now okay. Let's get wasted tonight!!. Donghyuck screamed and raised his vodka glass hight that some of the content spilled onto his hair.

"Awwh this is not what i mean by getting wasted man" he pouted. Hyejin smiled at him shaking her head.

He always had the capability to brighten up her mood. She probably won't be even alive if it wasn't for him. He's the sun in her life and without him it would always be lonely and dark. She was thankfull for having him.
