A week passed in a blur. There's still no clues about the killer who never seems to leave a trail. But that didn't stop them.

Hyejin was moody about it for days. To cheer her up Donghyuck decided to buy her a puppy to keep her busy at home so that she won't think about unnecessary things.

The puppy who Hyejin named as 'daegal' soon grew close to her.

At the moment Donghyuck and Jaehyun was at her house trying to kill the time as they was at suspension.

"Daegal come to appa" donghyuck clapped his hands to get the puppy's attention.

"Appa?" Jaheyun deadpanned.

"Yea. I bought her so basically I'm her appa" donghyuck crouched down to pat daegal to which she whimpered in satisfaction.

"Then what hyejin is the eomma and you're the appa then what am i?" Jaehyun asked.

"You're her big brother." Donghyuck gave him a eye smile to which he rolled his eyes.

"Or nah I'll be her boyfriend." Donghyuck nodded after thinking.

Jaehyun snorted hearing that.
"Boyfriend?"

"Yea. I'll marry her bitch" donghyuck stuck out his tongue.

"So childish." Jaehyun shaked his head at his response.

Hearing silence as reply Jaehyun turned his head to look at donghyuck who had a mischievous look and Jaehyun knew he had something up his sleeve.

"How about i become your boyfriend?" Donghyuck smirked crawling up to jaehyun's lap.

At that time hyejin just entered the hall and had to witness the sight.

Her eyes widened, leaving a screech.
"What the fuckety fuck are you doing fuckers?"

Hearing her donghyuck got of his lap in a hurry and landed on the carpeted floor with a soft thud making him groan.

"Bitch are you gay? For real?"hyejin asked jaehyun unable to believe what she saw.

"What never. Ewww and with him? I'd rather jump off a cliff." Jaehyun shuddered at the thought.

"Ofc. Who would even date him. They must be the dumbest person to exist." Donghyuck retorted.

"Excuse me, I'm dating him.". Hyejin raised her brows in annoyance.

"Exactly dumbo." Donghyuck took the packet of chips besides him and walked away flipping his non-existent hair.

Hyejin just scoffed and glared at Jaehyun who was trying to hold his laugh.

Jaehyun and Hyejin was at a restaurant at the moment waiting to meet up with a family member of the last victim.

"What's taking her so long?" Hyejin asked bouncing her leg and looking at her watch impatiently.

At that time, a girl appeared in front of them. Beautiful was an understatement to be described. Hyejin was a little jealous after seeing her beauty. She turned her head to look at Jaehyun gaping at the girl.

She bumped his shoulders Reminding him that he was sitting there with his girlfriend.

"Oops i forgot you was here." Jaehyun smiled at her. His teasing demeanor back.

"Hello. I'm park sera. Nice to meet you." She shaked her hands with Jaehyun completely ignoring Hyejin who had her hands midway for a shake. Sera tucked her hair behind her ears shyly.

Hyejin scoffed at the girl who was clearly trying to flirt with Jaehyun.

"Hello I'm Jaehyun but you can call me yours" he winked to which the girl giggled.

Hyejin stepped on his shoes under the table and Jaehyun yelped in pain.

"Oww what was that for?" He glared at her and went back to talk with the girl ignoring Hyejin once again.

Hyejin got up and left the place furiously. A pang of guilt hit him at that.

"Let's go to my home?" The girl asked him. Jaehyun grimaced at her voice trying to be all cute.

"The one who just left right now is my girlfriend." He smirked and got up to leave. The girl was left dumbfound.

Hyejin was nowhere to be seen and he assumed she went home.

"Did i got overboard?" Jaehyun murmured to himself pouting.

For the next two days Hyejin didn't talk to Jaehyun or let him see her. Oh boy he clearly messed up this time.
