Brett is sitting on the couch in the living room besides Peter, the sun shining through the windows making the room bright and comfortable. They decide which anime to watch when the doorbell rings its loud melody. Mason, busy making coffee in the kitchen, yells immediately that he'll go.
"Do we expect someone, Peet?" Brett asks, a frown present on his forehead. They don't receive a visitor in their house that often.
"No, of course not. Planned to have a hangover day, although there isn't much hangover to get over though. Didn't get to drink as much as I thought I would. For the better actually, really. Should make it a habit. Maybe." He grins, but he's curious too.
They listen closely and hear Mason greet someone when the door opens. They look at each surprised when they hear not one, but two other voices in the hallway. Brett eyes fly wide open when he recognises one in particular. "No way....! You've got to be kidding me, right?!" Horrified, he looks at Peter, who looks back in surprise.
The door opens and Mason enters first, followed by no one less than Eddy and then Timo.Brett sits frozen to the couch, eyes almost falling out of their sockets, mouth half open. It takes almost an awkward ten seconds before he moves, then suddenly shoots up and yells a heartfelt "What the fuck?! Mason?!" He point his index finger in the direction of the doorway where the two intruders stand "What is he doing here? What are they doing here?!"
"I invited them to talk." Mason tells him blatantly, looking straight at him, no emotion on his face.
"YOU invited THEM in our sanctuary?! Are you NUTS?! How could you!" Brett shakes violently, looking in disbelieve at Mason. He then lays eyes on Eddy, and instantly feels the electric wire connecting them. Even in this situation it's very clearly present. It costs him a great deal of effort to break it, but he does. He turns on his heels and runs towards his bedroom, slamming the door shut behind him.
He almost falls inside his room, his breath speeding up further and he feels like he's going to hyperventilate. He crashes on his bed, suddenly also nauseous. Eddy is here? How? Why? What should he say to him? He holds his face in his hands to stop his mind from spinning out of control, to stop it from splitting open. What should he do? What a nightmare!

"Ai. Sorry about that." Mason apologizes to Brett and Timo. "I think he'll come around in a few minutes."
Eddy looks around the living room. It's a nice place. There are 3 big windows, letting the sunrays in, making it bright and welcome. There is a large couch, 2 chairs, a big television screen with consoles underneath and they even managed to fit a piano in on the sidewall. They have an open kitchen with a large dark wooden dining table and six chairs, all in a different style from each other, presumably bought second-hand.
Peter looks at Timo curiously. "Your face is nearly not as blue as Brett's."
"Yeah. I noticed his eye is quite black now, isn't it?" Timo winces by remembering how Brett got it. "Again: I'm so sorry about that. I shouldn't have done that. I hope you are okay?" He's looking a bit lost standing there. Just like Eddy, for that matter.
Mason motions for them to sit down at the dinner table. "Don't worry mate. You know we talked about it yesterday and you know my position on this matter. Peter and Vincent share my opinion. I'll get you some coffee. Please sit down."
The boys are glad to get out of the centre of the room and sit down at the table.
"I've brought Bubble Tea for everyone. But I think I could do with a cup of coffee first, though."
Five minutes later, as Eddy sips his coffee cautiously, Brett is still conspicuously absent. He sighs.
"Okay. Let's put this on the table: Brett wasn't too happy to see me, was he? Maybe I shouldn't have come."
