|Jerome's POV|
Mitch and I were out back on the old swings that I used to play on when we heard voices. Familiar ones. We glanced at each other and then around the yard, but we couldn't see anyone. Then, Victory and Vikk came running through the back gate. "Heads!" Vikk yelled, tossing two water guns in our direction. I caught mine, and Mitch fumbles with his before dropping it, but quickly picking it up. "What are you guys doing?" I asked. "The rest of the Packs out front, with Emma and Emily, planning an ambush! Thought maybe we could ambush them instead." Vikk smirked. "I'm in." I immediately agreed. "Lets do it." Mitch confirmed. Mitch and I jumped off the swings and followed Vikk and Vic around the side of the house. I peeked around the corner and sure enough, all my friends were in my driveway with loaded water guns. "Three... Two... One... Go!" Vikk counted down, and we all jumped from the side of the house, shooting in the general direction of the Pack. We heard a chorus of screams, laughs, and shouts of betrayal. Vikk, Victory, Mitch and I were dying of laughter. Mat and Rob didn't hesitate to fire back at us. Emma and Brandon were one their knees beside them, shooting back as well. Emily, Preston and Lachlan were still filling guns, unable to get revenge just yet. I grabbed Mitch and sprinted past the front lines, who were still aiming at Vikk and Victory. We started firing at the defenseless three, even though it was totally unfair. Emily and Lachlan screamed, which caught the attention of the others. "Oi, mate! Mate!" Lachlan yelled, trying to close his half-filled gun for at least a little defense. He didn't do so well, because by the time he was able to fire back, him, Emily and Preston were completely drenched. And, Mitch and I lost all the water from our weapons. "Run!" I pulled him again as Rob and Brandon turned their focus to us.
Been making plans and drawing maps, I hope to take the righteous path, and hope and pray it leads me back to all the happiness I had
Hold on now don't you blink or its gone, I've been terrified of life for way to long. Oh no now don't you blink or its gone, in another life who knows what we'd become.
Love is beautiful and true, life is beautiful and new
It didn't take long for everyone else to be one hundred percent soaked. Everyone had run out of water, and no one was even mad. Just the one battle was the best time any of us had in a long time. Everyone had fallen in my driveway and we were all just bantering around. "Jerome! Can you order pizzas? I'm starving!" Mat asked with a grin. "Dood, I told you I had pizzas being delivered to my house! Speaking of, they're probably already there." Preston answered. "Lets go!" Mat was on his feet. "Okay, okay. Party at my place! We can change and stuff there." Preston laughed. We all stood up to follow. Brandon stopped us Mitch and I. "The rest of us brought clothes to change into at Preston's. You two might wanna change here and catch up?" Brandon suggested. Both of us nodded. "I'll tell 'em, catch up later!" Brandon said, then turned and ran to catch up with everyone else.
Mitch and I walked back into my room, where I threw him a teeshirt and basketball shorts. "Are you good with these?" I asked, remembering his arms. "Can I borrow a hoodie?" He asked, giving me a sad smile. "Of course, biggums. In the closet behind you." I answered, pointing. "Thank you." He sighed.
Switch- Mitch's POV (A/N: Hope you don't mind the switch! <3)
I reached into Jerome's closet and pulled out a red and black checkered hoodie to replace my grey one. I turned back around and was about to walk out, but my eyes locked on Jerome. He had started to change, and stood before me, shirtless. I tried to ignore it and move my eyes away, but I physically couldn't. Jerome was freaking hot. "Like what you see, Mitch?" He noticed me staring, and I felt my face heat up. I looked away to hide it, and was mentally face-palming. I wanted to hide in Jerome's closet, which I was now facing again. Suddenly, I felt two arms wrapped around my waist, making me jump. "I'm sure your much better looking then me, Mitch." Jerome whispered in my ear. "Doubt it." I said, without turning to face him. "I don't." He said, turning me around. He still didn't put his damn shirt on. "Really, I do." I said, refusing to make eye contact with him. Because he was a little taller, and also had me pressed up against him, there wasn't much I could actually look at besides him. Before I knew what was happening, he had his lips against mine and was kissing me passionately.
He backed me up until I was against the wall, and he pressed up against me, which kept me locked there. He was kissing me deeply, and I tried to match that. He gently moved his arms up my sides, until he eventually had my arms pinned above my head. I was helpless, but I didn't care. He licked my bottom lip, asking for entrance. I denied, and a smirk grew on my face. Jerome wouldn't take no for an answer, though. He bit my lip instead, which made me gasp. He took advantage of that, slipping his tongue into my mouth. He adjusted himself so that one hand held both my arms up, while the other started pulling at my shirt. At first he tugged it downward, telling me he wanted it gone. When I didn't do anything, he pulled it up himself, slowly taking it off of me. I wanted to protest, but Jerome kinda prevented me from doing so, with the whole situation we were in at the moment. Once he'd gotten my shirt over my head, he backed away from me, and I let out a small whimper, craving more.
Jerome just held my shirt in his hands with a smirk on his face. "Told you. You look a helluva lot better than me." He said. My cheeks went red, and I picked up his extra shirt, which I had apparently dropped at some point. I quickly slipped the shirt over my head, and did the same with the hoodie. "I can't look better then you with all the stupid marks on me." I mumbled as I zipped up the sweatshirt. "With or without them, Mitch, you're beautiful. Never forget it." He said, and picked his own shirt and shorts up from the floor. Before he could start changing completely, I picked the extra shorts he gave me and dashed out of the room.

Guys I did things that I wanted to publish immediately. Be proud of me, I'm noob at that sort of writing lol. I wanted to thank you guys for 1,000 reads. I CANT believe it. You have no idea how much that means to me. Also, I have a question. Would you guys mind me focusing on the rest of the pack for a few chapters? Like where the Poofless Bromance is, and how Lachlans crush on Vikk is working with Victory, and fixing Emma and Brandon's awkward relationship? I wanna talk about them for a moment, just so they don't get lost! Thanks guys, and I love you all to death, and until next chapter Rosebuds, ~Rosie <3
