"It's as we feared." Leia said to Poe and Finn. "Rey has joined the dark side."Finn shook his head, not wanting to believe her. BB-8 hung his head and made a melancholy beeping noise.
"She fought so hard for all of this." Said Finn.
"If you hadn't told her, we wouldn't be in this mess." Leia said.
"No! If you'd have just told her the truth in the first place and been honest with her, we wouldn't be in this mess. You tried to make her fall in love with Ren to bring him back and all you've done is push her into his arms." Finn responded angrily.
"Well I don't..." Leia began.
Poe cut her off. "Guys! The only thing that matters right now is that Rey is out there, with Ren probably plotting against us. Don't forget, she knows our location. We all played a part in her mutiny but let's focus on getting her back and getting us safe first."
"No. She wouldn't betray us like that. Surely, she wouldn't sell us out like that." Protested Finn.
"I say we flee." Leia said. "Just to be safe."
"I agree. We've already lost too much." Said Poe.
"Yeah? And what if she comes back to the light and finds us all gone?" Asked Finn.
"I am not risking anymore lives." Said Leia sternly.
"Fine. Then I'll stay here." He said, putting his hands up.
"Finn.." Poe began.
"No. It's his choice." Leia said shaking her head and walking away.
"What did you mean?" Finn said to Poe. "What did you mean we all played a part in her mutiny?"
"We all knew deep down she was struggling. She's clearly been fighting with herself and doing it alone and we did nothing. Leia had her part and I hate to say it Finn, but so did you - so did I."
Finn sighed. He knew what Poe was saying was true. He had sensed her turmoil and the more the thought about it, the less surprised he was about her turning.
"I know you won't give up on her. I know you'll stay." Continued Poe.
Leia rallied all the crew into the huge, white ship. She walked down the ramp towards Finn.
"Are you sure about this?" She said.
"Someone's got to stay behind and wait." He replied.
"Thank you for your service." She said, inviting him for a hug.
He hugged her and then felt a sharp stabbing pain in his neck. He pulled out a large syringe from his neck. His vision blurred as he sank to his knees.
"I'm sorry but I'm not losing anymore lives." She said as his face hit the ground.
