"Mama...," Shoku tugged on her mother's skirt.

Her mother was busy punching her father, but they put their traditional quarrels aside. She crouched to be on eyesight with her daughter and asked, "What is it sweetie?"

"It's about to be big bro's live," Shoku reminded. She then pointed at the TV. Flashing there in the big screen was the news. More specifically, the weather report. Informing the people that a typhoon was once again headed for Japan. "But..."

"Mizuki, don't-" Hikaru reminded his wife.

"Nothing gets in between my daughter and her happiness. Not even the rain," She said before she glared at the sky. She got her brand new wooden sword and went to the rooftops.

"...That idiot," Hikaru sighed. He picked up his daughter and placed her on the couch. He sat beside her and pat her on the head. "Always thinking that she can fix everything just because she's... No. Forget about it."

"Mama's strong. Surely she can force the storm to go away!" She had stars in her eyes. "Not even thunder can make her flinch."

A loud thunder can be heard, making Shoku flinch. Her father embraced her to ease her fears.

"...She's gonna get sick from the rain though. Go prepare the bathtub while I convince her to stop fighting the clouds alright?" He turned off the tv and unplugged it. His daughter immediately got to work and went to the bathroom.

-

"I did it. There's not gonna be a typhoon," Mizuki smirked as she rested her sword on her shoulder.  The skies cleared. The sun was shining and the clouds went from a stormy grey to a pure angelic white. "My friends made sure of that."

Hikaru crossed his arms. Disappointed, he scolded her, "Oi. Stop contacting your friends so often whenever its convenient. I get that you can do whatever you want, but you're human. Your body's gonna give out before your spirit does."

"Hey, if I can deal with you, then I can handle a little rai- Achoo," She rubbed her nose. Her face became slightly red. Her body and clothes were soaked in rainwater. Yeah, she really didn't think this through.

"Bless you," He handed her a towel.

Obviously, being a tsundere she pouted. Not wanting to accept the kind gesture. So he just dried her face and hair off himself. He was used to this. She's a spoiled brat. That's why.

"I hate you," She smiled as he dried her off.

"The bath's ready by the way. Unless, you want me to join you?" He had a teasing grin on his face.

She blushed. Instantly, she regained her composure. Pointing at her husband's chest, she said, "...Fine. I need the stamina training anyway. Bet you won't last 5 minutes."

"You won't last an hour," He followed her to the bathroom.

"We'll see about that," She shut the door.

-

'Papa and Mama better give me another sibling,' Shoku pouted while playing in her room.
