When (F/N) returned to Kuou town, he stopped by a quick drive-thru and picked up some food. Once he picked up his food, he drove over to the suburban part of town, passing by Mrs. Hyoudou's house and scouting out the other areas of town for the bike shop the guys from the garage mentioned. And as soon as he found it, he set his food down, parked his bike, and walked inside. He wasn't going to purchase anything, at least not yet, and took the time to peruse its wares.

"Hello! Welcome!" (F/N) looked over and saw that it was a young lady, probably a couple of years older than he was. She wore a kind smile and tilted her head. Cheery and polite, even in regards to working retail. (F/N) gave her a smile in return and returned the greeting. "Is there anything you need help with?" She asked.

"I'm just looking," (F/N) replied, "I'll be fine." As he said that, the girl nodded her head and told him that if he ever needed help, that he could go to her. Stepping inside, meeting the innocent worker, he thought about warning her about the guys from the garage coming to rob the place. He should, shouldn't he? But as he recalled the conversation he overheard, he knew that the guys wouldn't kill anyone unless they were being a "hero" or didn't listen. Surely, someone who values their life would listen. And it's not like that girl was going to completely stand up to guys, who are likely to be armed and dangerous. (F/N) placed his trust in thugs and criminals, though as he thought about it for a bit longer, it didn't sound so good.

He wasn't entirely sure when they would arrive, but it would make sense to strike at night; because a broad daylight robbery would be completely nuts, especially since people could see the license plate. (F/N) knew he'd need to keep an eye out for a van.

They'll more than likely go through the front door, (F/N) thought to himself. One guy will have his eye on the clerk, while the rest try to keep the others down on the ground and keep them from making any calls. He kept thinking, pondering, and brainstorming how things would turn out.

But as he looked through the products, finding bags he can put onto the bike, and stuff like that, he couldn't help but doubt what he was doing. What was he doing? This isn't something for him to worry about! This was something the police needed to know! He should probably shout to the streets that some guys from a garage shop were going to rob the place, or try and sabotage their van, or something. There are dozens of things he could do to prevent this. But his morbid curiosity, his own, self-assurance, or his naivete, that everything will be okay and no one will get hurt.

Though he should think differently, given how his former acquaintance, Freed, turned out to be.

Surmising that he wouldn't have to worry about anything, until night time, when the thugs might show up, he took the time to go through the mental shopping list he put together and find anything that he could use for his new enrollment. He saw some bags he could put on his bike, some that act similarly as how old cowboys in the Wild West put packs on horses: two bags with a long strap connecting them, and the strap being tossed over the bike's seat. He worked off of the bag he caught a glimpse of that Issei and Asia carry, trying his best to picture the bag itself and trying to figure out which bag would be big enough to carry it. He also pondered the event in which a bike bag may not be big enough to carry it, and instead opted to find something he can use to attach the book bag itself to his bike.

He then found something rather interesting with some of the bigger bags; an added seat/storage add-on. Allowing another person to ride behind him and a storage container that allowed him enough room to lay the bag flat. He hummed to himself and tilted his head. He stuck a mental pin in getting that item, before heading over to where the helmets were, finding one that's right for Asia.

As he pondered what he was going to do, he could feel his head start to ache again. He groaned in discomfort, pressing his hand against his head as a van pulled up outside the store. The door to the store then opened up a few seconds after the van pulled up. Everyone all looked to the source, as instinctive curiosity took over. (F/N) looked over and saw four guys walk in, each wearing a mask. He briefly looked away, his mind only registering that people walked in, until it clicked that people don't wear masks often. He looked back up, watched them, and flinched as he heard the sound of gunshots! They had fully-automatics, letting loose a few bullets.
