Once Marchosias was taken care of, Daimon descended to the ground with the book in his hand, looking towards the group he unknowingly helped. He wasn't happy about the book being thrown at him, but he had no idea what they were going to do. When he touched down, approached the group.

"A rather dangerous little plan you enacted there," Daimon commented, keeping his chariot close by to him.

"It was the one way for us to get a good shot of his underside for an attack," Rias replied, stepping up towards Daimon. "So you're the one protecting the Black Bible?"

"It would appear so, though now I'll have to relocate," Daimon replied. "I'm sure as you all have put together, hiding myself within this body allowed me to avoid being found by my father, but since I've shown myself, it looks like I'll have to finally proceed with the next step." Daimon turned and got back on his chariot, stepping up close to the horse.

"And that would be?" Asia asked, concerned with what he was going to say.

"To kill my father." He grabbed the reins of the horses, tugging at it to get them ready.

"Hold on," (F/N) said, approaching the front of Daimon. "Before you decide to go off and do that, I need that book!"

"Ah right," Daimon said, holding the book up and looking at it. "The Black Bible. You had mentioned earlier about saving a friend."

"There's more to it than that," (F/N) said, "I might've hurt her feelings, and I've learned anything after having a falling out with my step-sister, and having to deal with Wormwood, it's that I don't want to end things off on very bad note."

"I see," Daimon replied, looking between him and the book. He paused for a moment to look at (F/N) longer, before tossing him the book. (F/N) was surprised, and nearly dropped the book. Getting his hands on the book, he looked to see what Daimon's face would react, only to continue seeing the stern and serious stare. "Let it be known, mortal," Daimon began, "that book is dangerous. If I find that you are using the book, I will halt my search for my father and I will kill you next. Do not make me regret my decision." With those last words, he gave (F/N) a death stare, a sense of fear washed over the boy, but he knew in his heart that he wasn't about to let him down.

"You're not going to help us against Samael?" Issei said, approaching the man as well.

"Issei," (F/N) began, "like I said, Samael is expecting me and the Rider to appear. If he sees someone like Daimon," (F/N) began.

"Then surely your friend will perish. But even then, if Samael is seeking to try and combat my father as well, then you will need to be smart about this. Anyone seeking to fight my father will no doubt be seeking to strategize a well-knit plan. Best of luck to you." As he finished, he cracked the reins and let out a loud shout. The ablaze horses reared back and let out a loud neigh, and started to pull Daimon away, riding up into the sky and then disappearing from sight.

When he did, (F/N) looked at the book again. Its grim and macabre vibe gave him uneasiness, even the fire of the Rider started to flare up with all the evil in the book, but he felt that he couldn't easily destroy it.

"Alright! We got the book!" Issei said, focusing on a positive for them all.

"We got it, now we just need a plan for getting Akeno back," Rias pointed out.

"And we better act quick before Samael notices Marchosias' disappearance," (F/N) added.

The group all stood there, putting their minds together to come up with some kind of plan of attack. (F/N) looked at the book. His mind pondered the idea of using the book to stop Samael and save Akeno. And when he kept going with that idea, he pondered the idea of using the book some more. His talk of not sacrificing the world for one life was slowly devolving into a lie, but he shook his head and tore his eyes away. He focused on his mental image of the book, concerned that looking at the book will actually lead to him changing his mind.
