(F/N) stared in shock as he looked up at Daimon Hellstrom, the man he had been looking for to get the book was now in front of him, and in the form of the ranch owner that visited him and tended to his wounds. There was a sense of power emanating from Hellstrom, and an ominous aura surrounded him.

Marchosias quickly got back up and looked towards the one responsible for knocking it back. It let out a roar in response, and charged forward. Daimon hit his trident against the ground again, and fire erupted from beneath the beast. It made it stumble from its charge. With a roar, Daimon winded the trident back and hurled it towards Marchosias' head. The trident struck its target, and once it did it exploded again. (F/N) was completely shocked at what he was watching, seeing a powerful demon take on a beast. And the most frightening aspect was that Daimon was calm; he appeared to be a seasoned professional.

"If you want to help, mortal," Daimon began, "then you either get the book far away from here, or you stick to the shadows and let the Rider help you." (F/N) was confused for a moment when he heard Daimon speak to him. It was daytime, how could the Rider help? Why stick to the shadows? Confused, (F/N) opted to get the book away from Marchosias, and let a professional handle it. He ran past the stunned Marchosias, who watched the young biker run. Daimon rolled his eyes, expecting the latter to happen if he actually listened to his instructions, but he opted to continue with the fight.

(F/N) escaped, hurrying to his bike and hopping on. He tugged at the book in his jacket, his objective secure, and now all he had to do was go to Samael and get Akeno back. But as he sat there, there was a sense of uneasiness. Daimon not only helped him, but gave him the opportunity to escape, but to leave him behind like that? He has to help!

"Rider," (F/N) began, "he said I needed to stick to the shadows to help. What does he mean?"

"It's as simple as that, if you remain in the shadows, I will be able to help, but only if you let me."

"So all the times we've been in the shadows, during daytime, you could've done something?"

"During the daytime, I can only come out in the shadows, and when you want it. During the night I can take over your body." having learned this, (F/N) looked back at the barn, where he could see the bits of fighting that Daimon was doing.

Daimon rushed forward and swiped his trident against the beast's side, creating a large cut along the side. This time around, Marchosias was turning the tables. With the crowded room, it became hard for Daimon to maneuver, though he had the speed. Marchaosis swung its serpent tail against Daimon and hit him against the posts in the barn. He picked himself up, not feeling too much in pain, but he noticed the rush of the beast towards him. He formed a trident in his hand, but as the beast attempted to leap onto Daimon, a motorcycle hit the bist hard, and on it was the Rider! When the bike made contact, the Rider pulled out his chain and wrapped it around the beast, and attached himself to it. The bike was like a saddle, tied down to Marchosias. What followed was a bucking Marchosias, who tried to knock the Rider off of its back.

While the Rider held on, Daimon got up and backed away, putting distance between himself and the pair of demonic beings to plan his next strike. The Rider let out a loud "Yee-haw", and then revved the engine hard. The tires screeched against the wolf-beast, causing it to buck harder. With its tail, it wrapped around the Rider and flung him off. The Rider was thrown back and he hit another post. However, even though the Rider was detached from his bike, he was still able to do something. He whistled with his fingers, and the bike continued to go, which caused immense pain for the beast. But the pain got so bad for Marchosias that it eventually nicked both the Rider and Daimon out of the barn. Being knocked into daylight, (F/N) lost his transformation, and returned to normal. Not only was he returned to normal, the book was knocked out of his jacket and onto the ground. He got up and shook his head, feeling a bit of pain from tumbling. He pushed himself up and looked back at the barn, watching as Marchosias eventually burst forth from inside and huck the bike off of itself.
