(F/N)'s return to Kuou was a lot quicker this time around, and his appearance at Kuou Academy was swift as well. He brought his bike to a halt as he reached the gate. He rolled it up and over towards a post, before chaining the bike down. As the bike slightly jostled to a halt, (F/N) could hear something moving around inside. It wasn't a live being, or anything. Just some kind of object that moved around with the bike's quick movements. The young biker studied the seat in particular, grabbing the edge of the seat's cushion and moving to lift it up. It creaked open ever so slightly, alerting (F/N) to the fact that there was a storage compartment beneath his seat.

"(F/N)," a voice said, snapping (F/N) from his curious state and leading him to snap his head to the source. It was Souna, standing there, alongside her Vice-President, Tsubaki. He let out a sigh, and turned to the Student Council President.

"Souna," he said in kind.

"Having any troubles at the other school?" Souna asked, holding her hands in front of her.

"Nope," (F/N) replied as he sniffed the blood from his nose back up. An obvious lie, given that he has a bruise on his cheek where he was punched.

"It would appear so," she said. "If there's no such trouble, then what brings you here? Have you come to pick up Asia? Or Issei?"

"No," (F/N) answered, "Rias invited me to her club to talk. They want to get to know me."

"I see," Souna replied. "Then while you're on our school campus, I'd ask that you allow me to escort you."

"What for?" (F/N) asked, only for his answer to come in the form of a newspaper article.

"Given that the Ghost Rider, as media enthusiasts call him, has struck again," Tsubaki answered. (F/N) grabbed the newspaper and read it closer. It was the same article that Issei's father read, but he got a good look at the article itself.

Yesterday's robbery and brutal massacre at a bike shop in Kuou seemed to have sparked the true Ghost Rider into action. Three men were killed, then hung off of the bridge outside of town with a strange chain. A survivor, one the Rider appeared to spare, confessed to the crimes the men committed. The survivor's confession lines up with the one given to the police by the survivor of the massacre. A statement has been given on what the Ghost Rider looks like, though many assume that the survivor was hallucinating.

"With the Ghost Rider making headlines, more people are on edge around bikers. And if you want to walk on campus, then you'll need to be escorted. We want to help keep our fellow students at ease." (F/N) studied Souna's expression a bit further, and then looked over at Tsubaki. Their stern and monotone expressions made it appear to (F/N) that they were entirely serious about the whole "escort" thing. With a sigh, he agreed.

"Alright," he said. When his bike was secured, (F/N) followed Souna and Tsubaki through the campus grounds. (F/N) could see that the Ghost Rider was making headlines, and getting others to read. Whether they were worried about crossing him, or interested in the occult nature that a "ghost rider" brings, almost every student was reading the newspaper on this person. And then there were the other students who were gazing cautiously at (F/N), as he walked alongside Souna and Tsubaki. They had seen him approach on his bike, and some were making the accusation that he was the Ghost Rider.

"What do you think of this 'Ghost Rider', (F/N)?" Tsubaki asked, turning her head to (F/N) to initiate conversation. (F/N) glanced back, before looking towards the pathway leading to the old school building.

"I don't know what to think of him, yet," (F/N) replied. "What else has been said about him?"

"There are conspiracy buffs that say he's a government-hired man who punishes the bad people and ensures people work within the law," Souna answered.
