87. Thumping Heart

Elizabeth's POV

"So how was the camping trip?" Sophia asks as I took out the boxes of sushi from the plastic bag.

"It was fun." I nodded. "It was very much needed. Not that any of you bother me at all that's not-"

"It's okay, we understand." Eleanor giggles.

"So have you guys gotten the shot that Mr.Heartwood was talking about?" I ask as we walk over to the couch with our dinner in hand. I sat down crossing my legs turning on the T.V. Both of them shook their heads.

"Nah, we don't really want to bother with that neither do the boys." Sophia says. I nod taking the first bite of my sushi.

Halfway through Law and Order I felt a sensation in my chest and I smile.

"Hey baby!" I say before Harry even walked in with Liam and Louis behind him.

"Hey, my love." He smiles walking over kissing me.

"How did you know it was Harry?" Eleanor asks giving me a funny look. I shrug.

"I don't know I always get this feeling when he is around and my necklace always turns blue." I smile grabbing my charm showing her.

"That's weird." She mumbles.

"And creepy." Sophia adds.

"But effective,"Harry says placing his arm behind me against the back rest of the couch. "That's how I know she is okay. Mine turns red when she isn't."

"How? Why?" Louis asks. Harry shrugs.

"It's always been like that but for some reason its has gotten a better...connection I guess."

"Who knows but I like it." I smile and pick up a piece of sushi placing it into Harry's mouth.

"So I'm guessing Niall isn't with us anymore huh?" Louis asks. I stayed quiet and continue on awkwardly eating my sushi in order to bite my tongue.

I am so mad at Niall, honestly I have no idea why he is being like this. Yes, whatever he may be jealous but grow up, there is no need for this high level of hostility.

The next few days have been quite calm, other than the bad blood between Niall and I has been getting worse. I have chosen not to take the shot like the rest of the lads and Harry as well. However, there would be no point in Harry taking a shot because he is already a demon nothing can happen to him.

"Babe are you sure you don't want to take it?" Harry ask as we both walk down the hall hand in hand. I nod.

"Positive. Now what are we going to do today?" I ask talking about my training lesson.

"I thought it might be a good idea for you to go up against the other lads then we can go for a few laps down by the pools."

"Are you ready to fight me?" Louis grins as we both approach the mat.

"Are we going to fight or listen to you babble?" I say securing my gloves.

"Okay, ready?" Harry ask standing off to the side and we both raise our fits. "Then go ahead."

I slowly step to the side as Louis does the same before I throw a right punch and he immediately leans to the side dodging it. Louis throws a punch at me but stopped it before it hits me; making me flinch stepping back. I sigh lowering my arms.
