Harry’s POV

I let out a puff of air as she walked away. I turn back around to face the lads and they were all staring at me.

“What?” I ask.

“If I were you I wouldn’t even be trying anymore.”  Zayn says sitting up wiping the grass off of his shirt.

“Well, it’s a good thing I’m not you.” I reply sounding harsher than what I wanted to. “Besides, I can’t just let her go. I have to get her back or at least get her away from him.” I add and turn on my heel and walk away shoving my hands into my pockets to keep them warm.  

Is Zayn right, should I not help her anymore? She did say she didn’t need my help than again she is in denial.  I love her and I can’t watch her do this too herself, she is starting to make me feel anxious and worried.

Elizabeth’s POV

I had my eyes close trying to fall asleep on my left side of the bed, my back towards the other side. I sigh and turn uncomfortably around to face the other side.

“Are you okay?” Harry asked opening his eyes and blinked a few times before looking at me.

“I can’t sleep.” I answer and Harry gave me a small smile tugging the blankets off of him opening his arms.

“Come here.” He says in a soft gentle voice. I smile and scoot over to him and cuddle into his chest. He covers the both of us with the blankets and places his arm around me. I lay my head down on his chest my arm tossed over his torso.

“Better?” He whispers and I nod pulling him closer. I hum comfortably and feel him press his lips into my hair before laying his head against mine as I slowly drift to sleep.

“Elizabeth!” I hear someone yell and I quickly sit up in my bed jolting awake. “Elizabeth, are you ready yet?!” I hear Aaron yell on the other side of my door banging his hand against it.

I look over to my side seeing the bed empty and I ran a hand through my hair. I must have fallen asleep after I got ready waiting for Aaron.

“Elizabeth!” Aaron yelled, annoyed.

“Yea, I’m coming!” I reply and quickly climb out of bed placing on my boots. I walk over to my mirror and fix my hair before walking to the door. I grab the door knob and glance back over at my bed. I look down and shake my head trying to shake the image of Harry away. I turn the door knob and reveal a really irritated and impatient Aaron.

“Sorry, I feel asleep.” I explain and step into the hallway closing the door behind me.

“It’s fine. I just thought something was wrong because you didn’t answer me.” He said and grabbed my hand. “Let’s go” He said and tugged me down the hall way.

Harry’s POV

I stare blankly at my plain white ceiling lying on my bed. How am I going to get Elizabeth away from Aaron? I need to make her realize that he is no good for her and I am not just saying that because I am jealous. Yes, I am going to man up and say that I am jealous but I am pretty sure that anyone in my situation would be too… Oh my God I am sounding like Mr. Heartwood!

Okay, in order to do this I need to know what she is feeling. I need to know what she is feeling inside. Now, the only two people she would tell these things two would be to Niall and Eleanor. However, I don’t think she would tell them anything this time if she knew she was going to get an ‘I told you so’ from them.  There has to be someone she must talk to.

I purse my lips together and think as I slowly sit up in my bed. I could feel a light bulb turn on at the top of my head once I got the answer.

Her diary. 

I smile and quickly place on my shoes and walk out the door. I have to read her diary it’s the only way I’ll know these things. I know that her diary is personal; I also know that some of these dark confessions involve me and I must be prepared for what I will find. If this is the only way then I don’t care.
