25. Good News, Bad News

Hello my loves! How are all of you doing today? Alright well to be honest i really do not have much to say other than Enjoy!

Harry’s POV

“Hey Harry, I have good news!” Dominic said stepping into the living room. I rolled my eyes as I flipped the channels on the T.V unconsciously.

“If it has something to do with killing certain amount of people or ruining something relationship with the person they love I don’t want to hear it.” I mumbled starring at the T.V screen not bothering to look at him.

“Wow, I thought after all this time you might have gotten over that already.” Dominic said moving closer to me. “You seriously haven’t?”

I turned and raised an eyebrow at him. Is he seriously pretending to be stupid or was he just born that way?

“Please just tell me what the news is so I can go back and watch T.V peacefully.” I groaned throwing head back.

“Alright mate… Geez.” Dominic said. “Anyways, I just want to let you know that your services to me are no longer required.”

“What?” I asked standing up. “What do you mean?”

“Exactly what I said,you can leave now and go do whatever you want.” He shrugged clasping his hands together.

“Do you honestly think I’m that stupid?” I scoffed. “Do you expect me to believe that you are setting me free out of the goodness of your heart?”

Dominic chuckled his arms crossed his hands against his upper arms. He took in a deep breath and walked closer to me uncrossing his arms looking to the side as if he was thinking. “Well, normally no because I am kind of evil” He smiled innocently at me. “However, this time I am not lying to you. You have fulfilled what I have needed from you so as I said before your services are no longer needed.”

“Okay” I said my voice sounding unsure. However, even if he is letting me go I know he does have something planned out. “What do you have planned?” I asked narrowing my eyes at him.

“Mate, I wouldn’t worry about that if I were you. Plus, you know me all I want is power that’s all. ” He smiled with a shrug pressing his hand on my shoulder. “You have done what I have asked and since you did all that I needed there is no point in me having you around. You are free!”

I blinked looking down at the floor then back up at him letting his words sink in. I’m free.  I gave him and nod and quickly turned on my heel and walked out the door. I shut the door behind me and smiled. I’m free, finally after all this time.

Niall’s POV

 “I don’t understand, she said that she didn’t want to date anyone right away” I spoke as we were all waiting for Elizabeth to arrive from her day out with Aaron.

“Yea, we all thought so too but I guess she changed her mind” Sophia shrugged. “I mean she even placed all of Harry’s stuff in a cardboard box including her necklace and placed it somewhere in her closet.” I raised my eyebrows at her in disbelief.

“Yea but she decided to keep Balto!” Louis cheered Holding the husky up in the air. I rolled my eyes and Louis frowned at me.

“What your problem?” Louis asked placing the husky back down on his lap.

“My problem is that Elizabeth told me one thing and is doing another!” I yelled waving my hand in the air. “I get it it’s her choice but I thought we were closer than that. Plus, she decided to date Aaron. Aaron just told me about the date for crying out loud!”

Liam chuckled shaking his head looking at the ground pursing his lips together.  In fact, everyone was trying to hold back a laugh.

“What are you guys laughing at?” I asked scowling at them.

“You, Niall!” Zayn said motioning his hand towards me leaning away from the wall. “You’re over reacting.” He said walking towards me and placed his arm around my shoulders. “You fancy Elizabeth don’t you?’

“I do not!” I said shaking his arm off of me stepping away from him.

“Oh no!” Louis said causing all of us to turn around; he was holding Balto over his face. “Is Niall being sensitive over his feeling towards Elizabeth?” Louis said in a baby voice moving Balto around pretending to be him. “He really likes her but she is being oblivious”

“Man, if you like Elizabeth, why don’t you just date her already?” Liam asked.

“Because I don’t like her she’s my best friend. “ I paused crossing my arms over my chest. “Besides, I couldn’t do that to Harry.”

“I thought you were really pissed off at him?” Eleanor asked knitting her eyebrows together. I nodded.

“I am. It’s just… I don’t think it’s the right thing to do.”

“Come on she would be an amazing girlfriend, she was an amazing girlfriend to Harry. “ Zayn pointed out. I rolled my eyes and looked at him.

“Yea, Zayn… mentioning Harry isn’t exactly a selling point.”

“Okay, fine. One: She is hot” Zayn smiled.

“Two: She’s already close to you.” Sophia added.

“Three:  She’s very good at listening.” Liam said smiling at me. “There are no drawbacks to her” He said shaking his head placing an arm over Sophia’s shoulder. Sophia looked at him and smiled before looking back over at me.

“Wait, there is one drawback, she slept with Harry!” Louis yelled grinning. “See that’s another plus because that means that she values people for who they are not for what they are.” He smiled.

I sighed. “Well, I value Elizabeth and I know that getting in the way with her emotions while she is trying to move on or whatever she calls it.” I said rolling my eyes waving my hand in the air. “Is a bad thing to do. So can we please all just pretend like this conversation ever happened?” I asked.

“No, you know what let’s just look for Elizabeth’s diary.” Louis suggested. “I mean she does write everything in there it must be around her somewhere.” He said getting up with Balto in his hand snooping around the Elizabeth’s room.

“Louis, no, that’s personal!” Eleanor scowled.  “Besides, I doubt it’s here she always carries it with her.”

“See, that’s what she wants you to think. Elizabeth probably just said that so we wouldn’t waste our time looking for it knowing that all of her secrets are in there” Louis smiled standing up straight from where he was bending overlooking under the couch. “Just because it’s not here and we don’t see it doesn’t mean it doesn’t exist.” He said waving both of his hands in the air.

“Just like Niall’s feeling for Elizabeth!” Zayn smiled patting my shoulder and everyone laughed. I shook my head.

“I’m so glad you all find this amusing. Seriously, keep it coming.”

Louis smiled and brought Balto back over his face. “Niall is jealous of Aaron but he is too scared to say anything ” he said in a baby voice.

“See, Niall?”  Liam said turning my attention of to him. “Even Balto knows.”

“I have known since the day we got to the academy… and my brain is made of cotton!” Louis yelled. I huffed and rolled my eyes making my way towards him.

“Give me that!” I said taking Balto from his hands chucking it to the door. Harry stood there dressed in black, his fingers wrapped around Balto lowering his hand examining it before glancing up at us.  Oh great, now Harry is back.

“Well, speak of the devil” Zayn murmured and Louis walked over to Harry smiling. Louis gave Harry a small wave before grabbing Balto from him.

“Balto and Ex- demon boyfriend: 1 !” Louis declared raising Balto in the air. “Scared guardian angel admirer…”  Louis mumbled in a softer voice lowering Balto down gesturing his hand towards me. “Zero”
