"Hi, ikaw ba yung bagong member ng band nila ate Ara? Yung vocalist?" A girl asked Alyssa. Andito siya sa bahay ng mga Lazaro. Sinusundo niya kasi Den. Suitor duties.
"Uhm. Yeah?" Alyssa said. The girl laughed at Ly's hesitation. Si Ly naman ay nagtataka. Sa ilang beses nilang nagpractice dito sa bahay nila Den, ngayon niya lang nakita ang babaeng ito. She was wearing a black sando and a black short shorts.
"Hahaha sorry sorry. Forgot to introduce myself. I'm Justine Angelica Lazaro." Sabi nung babae sa kanya at inabot ang kamay sa kanya, asking for a handshake.
She gladly accepted and shook Jus' hand. Syempre, Lazaro din ito.
"I'm Alyssa. Alyssa Valdez." Babawiin na sana ni Alyssa ang kamay niya nang kas hinigpitan ni Jus ang hawak dito. Tiningnan niya ito nang may pagtataka.
"Why are you here pala? Ang aga naman ata ng practice niyo." Sabi ni Jus at saka binitawan ang kamay ni Alyssa.
"Sabay kami ni Den papasok." Maikling sabi nito.
"Hindi mo man kang ba tatanungin kung kaano-ano ko si Dennise Lazaro?" Jus asked. Normally kasi, pag may ibang tao sa bahay nila, tinatanong siya kung kapatid ba siya ni Den. Ayaw naman niyang sagutin. Kasi pag may nakakasalubong siya, ang naririnig niya ay, "di ba yan si Jus? Kapatid ni Den?" She just hated how people acknowledge her. She's more than just Den's little sister.
"Why should I? I think you're already fed up being known as Den's sister." Alyssa said and smiled. She heard from Kim that Den and Jus don't get along. She just wants to make Jus feel extra special which she just did.
Jus smiled with the thought of having someone sees her differently other than just being Den's sister.
"I like you na!" Jus said. She was just happy.
Namula si Alyssa. She's not used to people saying that in her face.
"Uhm. But I like your sister." Alyssa said.
Lumaki ang mata ni Jus. She knows every guy likes to hit on her sister pero wala ang may lakas na loob na sabihin yun sa harap niya dahil she's just as intimidating as her sister. Tingin nito ay parang makakapatay na ng tao.
"WHAT?" She shouted. Alyssa looked at Den's room, expecting her to come out. Naliligo pa kasi ito. She felt uncomfortable with Jus' reaction after she said she likes her sister.
"I-I like your sister. Are you not okay with that?" Alyssa asked.
"I like you na talagaaaaaa! You like my sister? I don't give a damn. I just like you as a friend. Omg, you're so cuuuuute." Jus said at lumapit kay Ly and pinched her cheeks.
Ly smiled nervously. Una, Jus is pinching her cheeks. Pangalawa, Den was approaching. Ly noticed that if girls are near her, Den would get furious about it. She just doesn't want to make Den doubtful about her courtship.
"Jus! Alisin mo nga yang kamay mo kay Ly! And changed clothes for Pete's sake." Den said at lumapit na sa dalawa.
Jus rolled her eyes at her sister and left the two and went to her own room. She closed the door with a lot of force. Den was used to it so she just shrugged. she knows Jus doesn't want her bossing around kaya mas lalo pa siyang nagboboss around.
"You're coming or what?" She asked Alyssa who was still stunned with what she just saw. There was really a tension between the two.
When Alyssa heard her voice, she shook her head to get back to her senses. She stood up and grabbed Den's books.
"Good morning, Den!" She excitedly said.
"Good morning too, Ly. Can we go now?" She asked. Buti na lang kapatid niya yung humawak kay Ly kung hindi...nako talaga.
