Diana couldn't be happier, the boy she had a crush on since her first year was now her boyfriend.
She had denied her feelings in the first hear. Excusing her blushing at him and telling herself it would blow over, but in the second year, she finally admitted to it and told a few friends.
She couldn't believe he actually liked her back.
When they went back to the common room, James, Peter and Remus sat on some chairs at a table, some seventh years having taken place by the fire.
The couple joined them, sitting next to each other and watching Peter and James play chess.
"Where have you been all day, Diana, this is the first time seeing you." James pointed out. "Oh, I've slept in, and I actually have been outside for quite a while, have you missed me, Jamie?" She asked smirking.
He groaned at the nickname. "No, I just wanted to know how far you are with the map." He said and Diana shrugged. "Worked on it late tonight, it's a little piece of shit, but I'm getting there." She said and they grinned, all waiting for the day they can test it out.
"Good, do you think you can be done with it at the end of term? We could use it for the prank." James said and Peter nodded agreeing. "Oh, that would actually come in really handy, we could see if Filch is around." He looked at Diana expectantly.
"Uh, I could try." She hesitated, knowing shot would have to sit a full day in her room to try and finish it.
As she was thinking, she had to bite back a smile when she felt Sirius' hand lock with hers under the table.
She looked at him out of the corner of her eye and he grinned at her. An owl suddenly flew in, apparently trough the open window and landed next to Diana who quickly took the letter it was holding.
She realised it was Pandoras owl and she hadn't told the others about her Slytherin friends yet. They knew about Dorcas and Pandora, not about the three boys.
She was scared that the letter would say anything about either Regulus, Evan or Barty sk she didn't open it yet.
"Who's is that from?" Sirius asked curiously, making grabby hand sunder the table, indicating she had to give back her hand.
"Just Pandora." She out the letter in her pocket and locked her hand with Sirius' again. "Why don't you read it?" Remus asked, looking up from his book, curiously.
"Oh, I'll do it later, don't think it's important." Diana said subtly, not being the tiniest bit suspicious. "Are you hiding something from us?" Peter asked jokingly and Diana grinned.
"Oh yes, I have this very secret relationship that you can't know about." She joked back and they laughed. Diana laughed at her own joke when she suddenly realised that it was in fact, true.
She did have a secret relationship, since 20 minutes ago, making her laugh a bit harder.
"If I'd found out you'd actually have a secret relationship, I'd kill the boy, or girl, I ain't judging." James stated, he was laughing, but Diana knew he wasn't really making as much of a joke.
"Oh I'd help you, no worries, James." Sirius said and Diana had to bite back her laugh because Sirius had just basically said he'd rather do it himself then let James at it.
"Go at him with a bat, do it the muggle way." Remus suggested and it made Peter and Diana snort with laughter as James and Sirius made faces of consideration.
And meanwhile this whole conversation, Sirius and Diana had their hands intertwined under the table.
After ten minutes Diana bid then goodbye and went to her dorm, that was empty to her relief. She took the letter out of her pocket and sat down on her bed.
Dear Diana,
You have some explaining to do, meet us on the third floor by the huge window tomorrow at 10 AM.
Bring snacks and most importantly tea. Barty wants you to come to the lake again tomorrow by the way, he doesn't want me to say that he said that, but I'm doing it anyway.
See you tomorrow morning, don't forget, set your alarm.

Diana chuckled, folded the letter, and later on her bed before drifting to sleep. She woke up from the other three entering the dorm before dozing off again.

Diana woke up and noticed how incredibly hungry she was. She then realised she hadn't gone to dinner the evening before and looked outside to see it was night.
She looked at her muggle alarm clock and it said 02.34 AM. She then noted that she had to set the alarm at 07.30 AM and did that quickly before changing into her pyjamas and getting back into bed.
She laid awake, her stomach growling now and then. Cursing under her breath, Diana got up and put on her shoes. She walked outside of the dorms and spotted Sirius on the couch.
"What are you doing?" He asked the moment he saw her. "I'm going to the kitchens, what are you doing?" She asked and he shrugged. "Couldn't sleep." He said.
"Come with me then." She suggested and he quickly got up and walked over to her. "If you wish." He said and the two walked to the kitchens, hand in hand.
When there, they saw about ten house elves, way less then when it was day, but that was quite logical.
Own of them came over to them. "Shouldn't Miss and Mr not be in bed?" He asked and Diana noticed it was Halo. "Oh, Uhm, we where hungry." She quickly said.
"Oh! Then Halo will get the young couple a meal, if you give Halo a few moments." He says giving a quick glance at their interlocked hands.
"That would be great, that you, Halo." Diana said and the young elf immediately got to work while Sirius and Diana sat on top of the counter.
Diana laid her head on his shoulder, she as once again amused, seeing she did the same thing to his brother today, but that was more of a friendship kind of way.
They where handed a bowl of fruit with two forks. Diana took one and started eating while Sirius ate three pieces, not really being that hungry.
When Diana was full, they thanked Halo and left.
"I need to tell you something." Diana said on their way back as Sirius had an arm over her shoulder.
"What is it?" He asked and she sighed. "I don't think I'll get the map done before the end of this holiday." She said, mentally scolding herself for not saying what she really wanted to say.
"Oh, it's alright, take your time." He said and Diana smiled at him, but when she looked down, her smiled dropped.
She wanted to tell him about her friendship with some certain Slytherins, including his brother.
When they arrived at the portrait of the fat lady, she was asleep. "Uhm, hello? Elizabeth?" Diana snapped her fingers in front of the lady.
The lady shot awake and looked at the two. "What do you think you are doing here this late at night?" She scolded the two teenagers exchanged glances. "Can we enter?" Diana asked.
"Password?" She asked irritable. "unguibus." Diana said and the portrait swung open, letting Diana and Sirius walk inside.
"Stupid teenagers, always coming late, they should be ashamed, waking me up..." they heard the fat lady complain as she closed again.
"I'll see you tomorrow?" Sirius asked her, holding her by her waste "yes, see you tomorrow." She smiled and he kissed her and she kissed him back.
"Bye." She waved before going up the stairs. She quietly entered the room, got out of her shoes, and laid down in her bed, almost immediately falling asleep.
