The song requests got wilder after that. It got to the point that Xavier and the other council members had to be the one picking from the box and reading it before giving it to Shi or Santi.

Some have expressed confession and others their story of heartbreak and everyone is loving it. Some requested under anonymous names just like this one song request the vice president gave Shi. There was a massage, and again, it was addressed to Shi. Santi was the one who read it with a bit of hesitation. If he wanted to not do it, he willed himself not to stop.

"Song request: Mundo by IV of Spades," Santi paused, glancing at Shi. "Message: 'I'm sorry, Shi. Please talk to me...'" He hesitated on the last line, the sender of the message. I focused my eyes on Shi. He was looking at Santi, face serious. The playful smile earlier was gone. He's not clearly amused at what is happening. "From J."

I heard an 'Ohh' from the crowd but my eyes are focused on the guy. I saw Shi's serious eyes. He went to Santi, telling him something before going back to his place. Santi is now smiling. Shi gave me and Drix a nod. Then Drix started tapping his drumsticks.

When the first line of the song came, it wasn't Shi who sang but Santi. Now I know what he told him.

"San darating ang mga salita..." Santi started. "Na nanggagaling sa aming dalawa..."

The crowd made screeching and loud yells when Santi started singing. I don't know if it's about him singing or the story unfolding with that song request. Either way, I can't help but smile as I strum to every chord. The crowd sang along to every lyric of the song.

The message, their reaction, I know it all. J is Shi's ex-girlfriend. It's Jade.

Shi doesn't seem fazed now. His grin is back and is smiling smugly at the crowd. I noticed Santi is the same and even Drix. I just found myself playing more into it than earlier just like what they're doing.

When the song ended, the crowd couldn't be calmed down anymore. We didn't take a break and Shi took another request from Xavier who got the papers from Isla and Kath. I saw Xavier. He looks like he's enjoying it.

"Another request. This is from Isla. Wake up Call, another by Maroon 5. Message: H-E-H-E." Shi laughed, looking at Isla who's beside the stage. She winked at him in return.

I wasn't getting on the context of all this. But they all seem to hate Jade. Now I remember, I haven't asked Santi about this matter.

"Wake up call, caught you in the morning with another one in my bed," Shi sang. "Don't you care about me anymore..."

The next song was from Kath and Santi read it. The message was the same as Isla. And looks like the two talked about it because I saw them doing a high-five.

The song was Friends by Chase Atlantic. With Santi sounding like Mitchel, it made sense that he sang that one. But when the second verse came, Shi took it.
