*Wow!! Part 12 was long! I really love writing for all of you because it helps me calm down. I have suffered depression for a couple of years; I had felt suicidal, and in 6th grade I wore my hood all the time because I thought I was really ugly...but Lord of the Rings and The Hobbit basically cured my depression. The video in this chapter is basically Goshallàn's theme song. Thank you all so much for so many votes and reads! I love you all, so please make sure to vote, comment, and follow me! In the next chapter in Rivendell, there will be some fluff between someone and Rose!(I don't want to spoil it!) This chapter won't be as long as the last chapter*

Rose watched as the arrow lodged itself between the troll's head and short neck. "OW!! What-" The troll spun around to find where the arrow came from.

When Rose saw the troll about to turn around, she quickly hid behind the tree trunk, out of sight. "Hmm." The troll grabbed the arrow and yanked it off and threw it away. "As I was saying, I've eaten plenty with their skins on. Scuff them, I say! Boots and all!"

Rose quietly slapped her forehead. What was I thinking?! She rolled her eyes at her stupid actions. Trolls have thick, arrow-proof skin! An arrow is nothing but small pinch for them. She peeked out from behind the tree. She heard quiet footfalls coming from the thick trees. She stared into the darkness, seeing...a man in a cloak...Gandalf?

She heard yelling from the group and she spun back around. To her horror, one of the trolls had lifted poor Bombur, who was squirming like a worm, over his head. "Nothing wrong with a bit of raw dwarf! Nice and crunchy!" Rose's instinct made do something that she will regret later.

She leaped from the trees and on to the ground, next to the pile of sacked dwarves. "Put him down!" Bilbo turned around to her and gave her a scared look. Bilbo mouthed they're infected to Rose. One of the trolls came up to her. "Look, boys! It's one of 'em little she-elves!" "No, it ain't, it hasn't got any pointy ears! We haven't had any in while..." One of the trolls picked Rose up, squeezing her tightly.

"No, No, no! Put that dwarf down," She gasped out looking toward Bombur. "H-He's infected!" The troll that was holding her gave her a questioned look. "You what?" Bilbo stood up and hopped over to the trolls. "Yeah! Yes, he's got worms in his...tubes." The troll holding Bombur have out a disgusted squeal and threw Bombur on the pile of dwarves, mostly near Kili and Thorin. The dwarves gave out cries and grunts as Bombur landed on top of them.

Rose felt like she couldn't breath from this troll's death grip. Bilbo quickly thought of an idea. "In-In fact, they all have, they're in-infested with parasites!
It's a terrible business; I-I wouldn't risk it, I really wouldn't." The troll holding Rose threw her towards the trees, making her slam her head onto a large branch, but she quickly grabbed and held onto a branch.

Her ears began to ring as she slowly climbed down the tree. She was not badly injured, but she couple of cuts and bruises. She began to run around, looking for Gandalf. As she ran, her head began to hurt and blood pounded in her ears. She reached up to her head and she cringed as she felt a large gash on her head. She looked at her hand, which was covered in blood. Oh no, she thought. I must have a concussion...

She suddenly slammed into something, more of a someone. She looked up to see a blurry image of...Gandalf! She tried to get up, but her head would not let her. "G-Gandalf...the dwarves...they have-" "Yes, Rose. Please stay here. I will come right after I deal with the trolls." Gandalf carefully picked her up and leaned her against a tree. He quickly got up and began to run away. Rose heard yelling, but it did not last long until she felt
light-headed and passed out.
