"Mason?!? What are you doing here? How did you find me? You know what better yet, just go back to wherever you came from and leave me alone."

"Listen Alex. I just wanted to apologize. I didn't mean to do-"

"But you did, and I lost my whole family because of you. My family is dead. DEAD. Mason. I can't get them back. And you think an apology will fix this?"

"No I-I just want us to move past this, and be together again."

"Please tell me you're joking. You're joking right?"

"No Alex I'm-"

"After everything you've done, in what world would I get back together with you? Hmm? I think you should leave."

"But Alex I still think that we can work this out just, please give me another chance I'm sorry." He said as he tried to step closer towards Alex, but she took a step away from him shaking his head.

"No Mason. We're done. There is no way we will be together again. We're done. Over. Okay? You betrayed me. You got my whole family killed. You need to leave and forget about me."

"But Alex-"

"I believe she said that she wants you to leave." said a voice down the hall. Both Alex and Mason turned their heads to see Alaric walking towards them.

"Listen, I don't know who you are, but I'm not leaving...Mason just go."

"No Alex not until I-" but before he could finish she snapped her fingers and teleported him to anywhere but near her. When she saw him disappear she closed her eyes and took a deep breath.

"Well that was interesting. Are you okay?"

"Yes, I'm fine. Thank you for trying to interfere."

"No problem. Now I have a question for you. What are you? I've never known a witch to be able to just snap their fingers and make someone just disappear like that."

"I'll answer your question if you answer mine."

"Okay then, what's your question?"

Alex tilted her head slightly while smirking at him saying, "Why did you hijack Alaric's body, Klaus?" As sheI said his real name, his smirk fell as he began to glare at me, and ran towards her trying to attack her, but was blown back the wards around her apartment. He looked up at Alex with shock and confusion.

She laughed when she saw him hit the wall opposite her. Once the chick wore off, Klaus quickly stood back up marching back over towards Alex, "This is no laughing matter witch. How did you know I wasn't Alaric?"

After calming down from her fit of laughter Alex replied, "Ok, calm down. For one I'm not a witch I'm a wizard. And second of all, from the moment I met you I could feel two souls in Alaric's body. And after overhearing the conversation between a couple of kids about you, I just put two and two together that you were possessing Alaric's body."

Klaus gave Alex a look of skepticism as she continued, "And don't worry, I won't tell those teenagers and ruin your plans. I just wanted to satisfy my curiosity."

"Hmm...okay so let me get this straight. You are a wizard not a witch. And you could just feel my soul in Alaric's body."

"That is all correct Klaus." She replied as she sarcastically saluted him.

"How are you different from a witch? And I thought wizards were supposed to have pointy hats and wands."

She giggled a little bit as she replied, "Well I'm not bound to nature or my ancestors or any of that stuff like those witches. And to answer your second question, no I don't have a pointy hat, but I do have a wand I just don't need anymore."
