(scene opens to Foggy Bottom where Harold is searching for meteor pieces while Mayor Humdinger tries to find one too)
Harold: I know there's bound to be a meteor piece here somewhere?
Mayor Humdinger: We'll if I find it then I'm using it to get super powers!
Harold: No I am! (trips on something) Oof! What was that? (discovers he tripped on a meteor piece) (quickly grabs it) Yes!
Mayor Humdinger: (upset) Not fair Harold, I wanted that one!
Harold: No way uncle mayor, this one is mine!
Mayor Humdinger: Ha! Like your past schemes even worked, especially the one with the freezing device!
Harold: (annoyed) It was a freeze ray uncle mayor! And that failed because I never froze those meddling Mighty Pups first! (realizes) Wait, that's it!
Mayor Humdinger: (confused) What's it?
Harold: I can rebuild my old freeze ray, but this time I'll freeze those pesky pups first!
Mayor Humdinger: Build it with what?
Harold: I'll just use that pile of spare parts in your lair!
Mayor Humdinger: (folds arms) Fine! Plus that mess will be gone!
Sound: (tiger roar)
Mayor Humdinger: (scared) Wait, was that a tiger?
Harold: (looks up the cliff side) (gasps) It's Mason in a tiger suit!
Mason: (tiger roars) (leaps toward them)
Harold: (shouts) Run!
(Mayor Humdinger and Harold rush into the lair before closing the door)
Harold: What is Mason doing here?
Mayor Humdinger: (pants) Lucky guess he might be here to stop you from doing your plan!
Harold: Not if I freeze him first! (uses his power to recreate his freeze ray and Ice-Mayor of Everywhere-Mobile) Yes!
(Mason opens the door with his bare claws)
Mason: You won't cause trouble without that meteor piece, Harold!
Harold: Not if I freeze you first! (fires freeze ray that hits Mason) Ha! Can't stop me now!
Mayor Humdinger: I just remembered I have somewhere to be! (runs away) No way I'm letting Harold freeze me again!
Harold: Well now that you're on ice Mason, I shall freeze those Mighty Pups!
Mason: (tiger growls)
Sound: (ice cracking)
Harold: (looks back to witness Mason break free of his icy prison) (surprised) (shocked) What!?
Mason: (cracks neck) (chuckles) I've dealt with way colder than that!
Harold: Well in that case! (runs into his Ice-Mayor of Everywhere-Mobile) You can't stop me if I'm in the air! (drives outside only for Mason to grab onto the vehicle)
Mason: You won't stop me that easily!
Harold: Oh yeah? (has his vehicle spin while in midair causing Mason to lose his hold)
Mason: Oh boy! (falls off)
Harold: Have a nice fall Mason! (evil laugh)
Mason: (tiger roar) (shouts) This isn't over!
(Mason gracefully lands on his feet and watches the Ice-Mayor of Everywhere-Mobile away off)
Mason: (glares at the departing Ice-Mayor of Everywhere-Mobile) (pulls out phone from his satchel) I'll just call Mirage to see if some of her can help out!
