(scene opens to Mason following Mirage and Melody toward Pinecone Forest during the day where they bump into Everest)
Everest: Hi guys, (curiously) what are you doing here?
Melody: We sensed a surge of genie pup magic in this area!
Mirage: We think more genie pups are trying to come here!
Everest: Wow! Why is Mason here?
Mason: They invited me to join them!
Everest: Mind if I tag along?
Melody: We'd be delighted!
(the foursome approach Old Trusty)
Melody: (sniffs) This is the exact spot!
Everest: (confused) For what?
(a rift in reality opens)
Everest: (shocked gasps) What is that!?
Mason: Just a rift in reality leading to another world!
Everest: (confused) How do you know Mason?
Mason: I was with the elemental brawlers when they open or close these but this one looks like someone purposely made it!
(five oddly colored pups leap through the rift before it suddenly closes)
Everest: Looks like five pups came through!
Mirage: Hm? (unsure) Mom, are you sure those are genie pups?
Melody: (unsure) I'm not sure, sweetie!
Everest: (calmly) Who are you guys?
(a female husky steps forward with a younger pup similar to her)
Female Husky: (calmly) My name is Blizzard, this is Frostbite!
Frostbite: (waves to the group)
Blizzard: (points to the others) That's Inferno, Avalanche, and Thorn!
Everest: Interesting names!
Mason: Hm? (secretly grabs the Reversing Mirror from his satchel)
Inferno: Think fast! (throws a fireball at Everest)
Everest: (gasps)
Mason: (shields Everest with the Reversing Mirror) Reversing Mirror!
(the Reversing Mirror sends the attack back at Inferno)
Inferno: (gasps) (hit in the chest with his own fireball knocking him out cold)
Avalanche: (snickers) (impressed) Good reaction time!
Everest: (shocked) Why did he try to hit me with that fireball?
Thorn: We're ifrit pups and we enjoy causing chaos, (looks at Blizzard and Frostbite) more or less!
Blizzard and Frostbite: Hey!
Thorn: (shrugs) I'm just being honest!
Mason: I'm just guessing your naughty versions of genie pups?
Blizzard: (nods) Yep!
Everest: (worried) Uh oh! Guys what are we going to do?
Blizzard: (inhales) Time for a cold snap! (exhales at the group)
Mason: Reversing Mirror! (the Reversing Mirror sends the icy breath back at the five ifrit pups)
Blizzard and Frostbite: (gasps) Yipe! (duck to dodge the icy breath which freezes Inferno, Thorn and Avalanche in ice with only their heads exposed)
