LONDON ELISE HARPER,16
April/14/2018
5:10 PM.
"You sure you're good?" Ja asked as he pulled up to the parking space of her apartment complex.
"I'll be fine thank you, and thanks for the ride. sorry about what happened at the restaurant." she awkwardly chuckled, as she gathered her things before she left out his car.
Deep down she was freaked out, the entire drive to her house she prayed that everything was normal and she wouldn't be pregnant.
"It was nothing, Let me walk you to the door," Ja spoke, getting out of the car and locking it behind him.
"You don't have to do that." She smiled, as he held her hand. "I want to, you met my family let me meet yours." He shrugged, trying to get her to walk.
She did like the fact that he was being nice to her. She was surprised that she could contain her excitement given that that was her first official date ever.
"Woah, wait. Ion thinks you should meet my moms. She's not my favorite person right now. Maybe some other time?" she bit her lip as she shrugged. If they ever gon on forward with their 'relationship' she would introduce him to her parents. But for right now she didn't want to cross that boundary.
And it would be hard since London hated when people met her mom or family. They were so chaotic she didn't even allow Rose to be around her mom for more than 5 minutes.
"Alright, text me when you get inside." He muttered, kissing her temple before walking back to his car.
"Thank you," she muttered, as she made her way up the stairs, unlocking and opening the door.
She watched as he left the parking lot from her door, she was actually happy that her and him were on good terms.
Yes, It was weird that it happened so quickly. But She was happy it happened.
"Hi, baby." Lauren as she drunkenly slurred her words. "Again?" she rolled her eyes, squatting down in front of her mom on the couch.
"What happened?" she asked, pushing her mom's hair out of her face. "He lied to me lo... He said he loved me again and we did it. Then today when I dropped the kids off; he told me it was a mistake." she cried, holding on tightly to London as she spoke her heart.
"The more you go back, the more it puts a strain on me and the kid's relationship with him. You have to put your kids before yourself sometimes."
