"You good,lil ma?" Damari asked London as she sat down in the front shop. "Yeah, I'm ok," she mumbled, fixing the chains around his neck.
"Alright, let me know if you need me." He spoke, kissing her lips. "Alright." she smiled, wiping her lip gloss off his lips. She watched as he walked over to the barber chair.
"that's your girl?" The barber behind him asked, nodding his head at London as she began to scroll on her phone.
"Yeah," He smiled, looking at London as he threw the cape over him. "I see you, boy." He laughed, as they shook each other up.
"That's you? I thought that was that nigga Ja's" one of the new barbers laughed, as he sat in his chair.
"Yo, yo yeah. Ain't that his baby moms or something?"
"Yeah, his ass went off at the coo-Nah, don't even speak on her name like that. Watch yo' mouth." Dee grumbled, furrowing his eyebrows at the men in front of him. they held their hands up in defense.
"You do know that he and his pops supposed to be coming by?" Damari jerked his head back, "Fuck that gotta' do with me?" He asked.
"I'm just warning you, And I don't want no drama up in my place." He spoke, shaking his head.
Damari sighed before pulling his phone out to text London.

Just as London put her phone down, the bell above the door rang; signaling someone walked in. She sighed, turning her head to look at who had walked in.
Quickly rolling her eyes before looking down at her phone, trying to ignore the man.
"What's up, y'all." a couple of the guys in the barbershop went to shake up Ja and his dad.
Tee worked at the barber shop, so it was normal for them to talk and know Ja and him. Also, Ja was pretty popular around Dalzell; due to his basketball skills.
