LONDON ELISE HARPER,16

"Thank you for this, I loved it." London smiled, as Jamie and she talked. "Anything for you and my grandbaby."
"Ugh, I can't wait for her to get here. When's the due date?"
"She comes December 30th," London mumbled as Jamie began to rub on her stomach. "Babe! Come here real fast!" Tee yelled from the backyard, Jamie rolled her eyes.
"Wife duties, I'll be back." She smiled, patting London's shoulder before walking out. London sat down on one of the bar stools, taking a couple of the cookies that were displayed in front of her.
The baby shower was now coming to an end, everyone was packing up and leaving. Lauren was helping clean up, and Rose was off somewhere around the house.
London was beyond tired, her face hurt from all the smiling, her feet her, back, and head from the crying she did today. Overall she was just fed up and really wanted to just go home.
She really appreciated Jamie for the baby shower, But she didn't really think she would be here that long,
A lot of people brought diapers and wipes and other gifts like baby clothes, formula, and other necessities their daughter would need. It gave London a relief.
Now she knew all of it wouldn't last that long but it was a kickstart. Took something off her back.
Speaking of taking things off her back, she needed to get Ja off her back.
The whole night he would only mumble a few words to her, before someone pulled him away or if Liyanna was standing besides him.
London understood, Ja wasn't a faithful lover. Liyanna just shouldn't have taken that insecurity out on her. If the two of them kept on with their relationship, and Liyanna kept acting the way she did; she would only be hurting their child.
It was stupid to London. She didn't have feelings for Ja, especially if he was in a relationship.
"Why are you sitting here all alone and stuff?"
She turned around facing Ja, he sat down on the stool next to hers. She took a few cookies out of her hands.
"First of all don't come over here taking my stuff, and I'm over here minding my business," she said, rolling her eyes as he nodded. "It's just that? Nothing else?" he asked, eyeing her.
