LONDON ELISE HARPER,17

October/21/2018

2:20 Am

London wiped the tears off her face, stuffing her clothes into a duffle bag. Whatever she could find/ fit was going with her. She didn't know where she was going but she really wanted to leave.

She didn't expect to be gone for long, just till she and Lauren called down. She had a couple of places to go, but they all had their own cons.

If she went to her grandma's she would have to be cramped into a room with a couple of her cousins and deal with Jania.

If she went to Ja's it would be nothing but toxic, she didn't want to deal with that tonight; all she wanted to be tonight was peace just for one night.

Going to Debora's house could be an option, but she didn't know if Nia was still there staying there until it was her time to go back home.

Going to Rose's house was a good idea too, she could spend the night or a few.

She would get the advice she needed from Rose and Marie for that motherly advice since she obviously couldn't get it on her own.

One day London would have to face the problems she faced, but not today this week, or maybe this month. All she wanted was space, space away from everything and everyone.

She and Lauren argued but never like this, and the time they did they never called each other out by their names. Or said things they knew the other person would be hurt by. Lauren's words cut deep, and the crazy part was she wasn't even drunk.

She meant that shit, she didn't want London, never did. She was selfish, something London swore never to be to her daughter.

She huffed, wiping her face dry. zipping the bag up, she swung it over her shoulder. She walked out of her room praying Lauren was somewhere beside the living room or kitchen.

She didn't hear anything so she quietly walked down the hall, sighing as she unlocked the door. London locked the door behind her door, walking down the steps to the car. She searched through her bag looking for her phone.

"Oh my fuc-can this stupid day get any worse?" She groaned, throwing her head back.

She opened the backseat door, putting her bags in there before going back upstairs, almost out of breath at this point. Her babygirl was growing so much at this point she didn't have the energy to do the stuff she could do without having to take breaks in between.
