"Make sure to give her those gummies every night before bed," London said, handing over the bottle of vitamins to Ja as he stood on the porch holding their daughter in his arms and kissing all over her head.
"Alright, What you doing today?" he asked, grabbing her hand. "Uh, I have some work I need to catch up on, Why?" She asked, looking at their fingers together before looking up into his eyes.
butterflies fluttered in her stomach as he did so, over the last few days of this month, Ja and London were closer than ever.
He started to treat her softer, always made sure she was ok, and cared for her as if they were in a relationship.
He wished he always treated her that way from the jump. She was deserving of it.
"You ain't doing nothing for Thanksgiving?"
"No, not today. But I'm going to go see Debora tomorrow." She shrugged, stuffing her hands into the pockets of her jacket. "Nah, come and get you a plate. Ma was missing you either way." Ja said, snaking his arm around her waist.
"Did you not hear me? I have stuff to do." She chuckled, throwing her head back as he walked them three into the house. He helped her take off her coat, Kamari still in his arms, barely waking up from her nap.
"You can do that later. Now cmon." he said, smiling down at her.
"Ah! London! How have you been?" Jamie~ His mother asked, throwing her hands up once she saw London walk in with Ja.
London smiled, walking away from Ja to speak to his mother.
He took the time to admire her, her glowing brown skin and gold jewelry complimenting her skin so well.
The tan and brown flannel, with the beige two piece leggings and crop top set hugged her body she looked so gorgeous in his eyes no matter what she looked like or wore.
"You see mama, she so beautiful huh?" He asked the tired one year old, laughing as she just looked around.
"Why you couldn't open the door for me? I was texting you, Jamel."
He slowly turned around to be met with Liyanna carrying Kaari in the carrier around her chest.
He sighed, "My bad, I ain't see it. Lemme see my child." He said, "How you gon carry her?" Liyanna asked, cutting her eyes at him.
