I know we will endure

I pulled her behind my back, making sure he wouldn't be able to touch her. 

But that was unnecessary, he was chained and held back by 2 policemen.

He really looked like a monster, just like I'd imagined him. 

He just stood there grinning at his daughter.

Would he ever realize how much pain he had caused?

How big the damage was he had done to his child?

I was about to yell at him when he was pulled away by his guards.

He looked one last time over his shoulder to look at us. 

I could see that he was also angry, he probably thought he would get away with all it. 

What was he thinking? 

That Aria would never tell anyone? 

Okay, he could've been right with that one, I was not sure if she would've told if I didn't asked her. 

But I did, and here she was, ready to tell her story. 

Ready to make sure he wouldn't be free the next years.

I pulled her back next to me as soon as he was disappeared out of our sight. 

She was still trembling and not making any sound. 

There were tears rolling over her cheecks and she swept them away.

It looked like she had became mute when he came in view.

I slightly hugged her and she hid her face in my chest.

I drew her next to me at a chair in the waiting room. 

Rubbing her back I started singing.
