CHAPTER 36

The equivalent of one day here is one week in the dimension where I am from. In BloodyVille, while chopping wood, the full moon came to mind.

I tried to arrange the wood that I had chopped in the back of the hut and entered the hut. I found Helenora rubbing her body with lotion as she always did.

“When is the full moon?” I asked her, but she didn't face me, she was just continuing to rub lotion on her face.

“Bukas ng gabi,” she said, and stood up and faced me, her face got younger again like a middle-aged lady.

“Kailangan mo nang umuwi dahil matagal na nilang alam na hindi ikaw ang nakahiga sa higaan mo,” she said and handed me the crystal ball.

I saw the entire BloodyVille getting ready for the full moon tomorrow, and the other side, Elizabeth, and the special class are looking for me already.

“Mag iingat ka bata, hanggang sa muli nating pagkikita,” she suddenly said.

I furrowed my brows at what she said.

“What did you mean?” I ask her confusedly, she hits me on the head and smiles, I just rub my head where she hit me.

She murmured some spell, and a portal appeared in front of me.

“Bilisan mo na at nandiyan na sila,” she said.

I'm confusedly looking at her, hindi ko na maintindihan ang mga sinasabi niya, until I heard some footsteps going here in the hut.

“Mag iingat ka, mag kikita pa tayo,” she said, and she pushed me inside the portal.

Tila nahulog ako sa malalim na balon, madilim na tila hinihigop ang buong katawan ko.

I just closed my eyes, and when I opened my eyes, I was lying on the ground, under the tree on the battlefield. I gasped and I held my chest as I caught my breath.

Tila nagising ako mula sa bangungot, hingal na hingal akong umupo at sumandal sa puno.

“Kenji?!” someone called me. I didn't pay attention to who was calling me, I just gasped for air.

“What the fuck, newbie, where have you been for two weeks?!” Alice yelled at me while shaking my shoulder, I just look at them. I look at Alice, who's now furiously looking at me.

Why this woman is so gorgeous even though she's mad at me, I stare at her, I can't even hear her rant, all I saw was her beauty. Bigla naman akong natauhan ng sinampal niya ako ng malakas sa pisngi.

“Are you listening, newbie?!” she yelled, “Bakit ba lagi kang galit?” I ask her, she's always mad at me.

“Because I don't like your vibes, your face, all of you—I don't like you!” she said and walked away.

I looked at Louis, who's now looking at me, he shrugged her shoulder.

“I hate the way he stares at me, I feel awkward, and I feel like my cheeks are heating because of his stare.” I heard Alice's thoughts while she was walking away, and I smiled.

“Maybe my sister likes you, lover boy,” Amber said and sat beside me. She bit her lips while looking at me, bigla naman akong napaurong dahil sa ginawa niya.

“So, where have you been?” Amber asked me while she was chewing—a what?

“Natulog?”  I answered her like I was asking, I don't know exactly how to answer her question.

Elizabeth and the other instructors are walking towards us, the face of Elizabeth was worried, and Helena was just looking at me intensely,

“Maaring sa meeting room nalang natin ito pag usapan, baka ay may makarinig pa sa atin.” Our head master said the one they call tanda.

I just nodded and stood up, 

“Sumama na rin kayo.” Helena said to my co-special members, and Kent helped Amber up, Kent still couldn't get his glasses off, and that's why I want to know why.

Helena ordered Sabrina to call Alice so she could join the meeting. Sabrina got her book and cast some spells from it, and a small magic circle appeared.

“Alice, kailangan nating magpunta sa meeting room,” Sabrina said, and she closed the magic circle, and we walked together.

I look at the surroundings, naghahanda na sila para bukas, I furrow my brows when I see a group of humans with handcuffs on their hands, and I stop walking to wait for Louis,

“Bakit may mga tao?” I asked him confusedly, Sabrina, walk beside me.

“Para 'yan bukas,” she said while reading her book of spells.

“Bukas?”  I ask her, still unable to process what she said, Why is there a human here in our dimension?

“Oo, para bukas, tomorrow is the full moon,” she said. I look at the humans, and their eyes and mouth are covered with cloth.

“I know you're confused about what you saw, they're humans, kasali sila para bukas, they are all our prey, and we are the hunters, to hunt them down at the full moon tomorrow,” she said, and look at me.

“Bawat team bukas ay mag ha-hunt, all races will have to kill each other because of those prey, lahat ay gusto tumikim ng dugo ng tao, so better prepare yourself for tomorrow night,” she said, and she walked first to keep up to our instructors.

Naiwan akong mag isang naglalakad sa field, I was busy looking at those humans, and I think they were under a witch's spell.

They were very calm, like they didn't know that they were in danger.

I feel sorry for them, they don't even know what's going on in their surroundings.

I looked at my team, which is now almost all in the meeting room together with our instructors. I used my teleportation ability to go to the meeting room in a fast way.

Saktong pagka upo ko sa meeting room ay dumating na rin sila, they were shocked looking at me,

“Hindi ba ay nasa hulihan ka?” Sabrina asked me with hesitation in her voice, pointing outside while looking at me back and forth.

I didn't answer her, I just shrugged my shoulders,

“Alam kong nauna pa akong maglakad sa kanya kanina, o baka hindi ko lang napansin dahil nakatutok ako sa libro?” I heard her thoughts while going to her chair. I was just quietly looking at her.

Dumating na rin si Alice, she rolled her eyes at me and sat on her designated chair.
