Screams and moans are all you hear because of pain. I ran towards Alice and got her away from the tree. I immediately brought her to Amber, who's now fighting with the rogues.

“Oh, come on, Scott, don't you dare to say that, I'll take care of that bitch. I'm here to fight, not to babysit,” she said while clashing their swords.

“She's bleeding, you're an hybrid, give her some blood, her heartbeat was getting fading,” I said to her.

She gave all her strength and killed her opponent. She looked at me in shock and at Alice. She immediately assisted me on the side to hide and lay down Alice.

“This bitch is always getting on my nerves,” she said, ripping the clothes off Alice's chest to see the wound.

Alice was surprised when the wound had black nerves on it.

“Y-you—” she stammered while looking back and forth at me and Alice.

“No, it's not what you think, I didn't hurt her. Shit, it's not me!” I shout, It's not me who stabbed her. What the fuck?

“Just give her blood!” I panicked when I didn't feel any heartbeat from Alice. Shit, shit, what should we do.

“We need that rogue, now!” Amber said and looked around, “Kent, Louis! Get that jerk and bring him to me!” Amber shouted and pointed her finger at the rogue who bit Alice, who's now fighting with our allies.

They nodded and ran towards the rogue. I stood up and helped them fight. The hunters started to fire their guns at our alliance, and some rogues were hit by the bullets. Some hunters became zombies, I didn't see Kiera and her brother yet.

I saw Helena with some witches chanting some spells to help our allies fight. Helena was slowly turning zombie, her right eyes were turning white. Her movements are not unusual. I went to her to protect her from the zombie-vampires that were attacking her. We need Helena—she can't die.

I need Helenora now. Where can I find that old hag right now? I held Helena's hand. She looked at me and smiled.

“Don't worry about me,” she said, tapping my hand, indicating to remove my hands from her arms.

She reached me with a dagger. I looked at the dagger confused. I look at her, and she lends her hand in front of me. Does she want me to cut her arms?

She nodded.

“But—” she cut me off.

I saw my weapon instructor on top of Louis, they were fighting. He aimed the silver dagger on the neck of Louis. I immediately jumped on his back and stabbed him using my cursed sword. I helped Louis stand and tap his chest.

“You can't die here,” I said to him. I pushed him away and pointed at the rogue who bit Alice. He nodded and ran towards the rogue.

“Tara na,” the hunters said, going up on the trees with their cable wires.

I'm with Kiera, and while we're following the hunters going back to the wall, I didn't make any move to alert them, I'm just going with the flow.

I already feel the strong heartbeat of Alice, she's safe already.
