CHAPTER 28

“Lumakad kana, at mag iingat ka lalo na sa kanila” Helenora said while she turned her back on me, Lumabas ako sa pinag tataguan ko.

“Paano?” I asked her, How does she know that I'm here?

“Masyadong malakas ang aura mo Kenji, iyan ang dapat mong pag-aralan,” she said, and the hut suddenly appeared in front of her.

“Ano pang hinihintay mo?” She asked and went inside the gate. I was still looking at her.

“Bawal kang mamatay kaya bilisan mo na at lumakad kana,” she said and closed the gate. The hut suddenly disappeared.

I put my cloak on and start to walk— I focus on the surroundings, I need to be more careful, how can I hide these auras?

I heard a rustling not far away here, so I ran as fast as I could to that place. I saw a deer, bingo, binitawan ko ang palaso at dahan-dahang lumapit dito, and in just a few inches I jumped on the deer and drank the blood. I couldn't resist the smell.

I sat on the wide branch of the tree, resting my head on my arms, sharpening my senses.

I suddenly thought, Could I go to the battle arena again? Sa Ikalawang gabi na ang laban ko — I had one more day to train, so I immediately went down and went to the abandoned building where there were many zombie vampires around, what if I trained there?

I tightly held my dagger on my waist and jumped from the tree. I immediately ran onto the abandoned building, the speed of my movement increasing. It seems that my movement is becoming more agile and fast than before.

I arrived at the abandoned building, and there were more zombie-vampires surrounding it compared to the hut we went to last time. I stomped on the dry leaves to make a noise, and it got their attention so they ran away almost at the same time towards me.

Shit, bakit naman nag sabay-sabay. I ready my dagger and swing it into the air— it becomes a sword. I focus on giving my strength into my sword.

I already master how to transfer my aura up into my sword— I didn't realize that, sa mga pag papahirap sa akin ng matandang 'yon, ay may magandang dulot din pala.

Kasabay ng pag sugod nila ay siya ring pag atake ko—in just a swing of my sword many of them turn into ashes.

It's like I'm dancing to my own rhythm. Their whining is my music.

I'm just avoiding and attacking while they rush at me. There are a lot of zombie-vampires here, but I don't think there are more of them than the ones in the hut the day before.

All I know is that I enjoyed fighting at them. I ran inside the abandoned building and went up to the top floor.

I waited for them until they reached where I was standing. I shouted loudly so that their attention was directed towards me. I was now standing on the edge where I would just move a little and I would fall.

Sabay sabay silang tumakbo patungo sa'kin, I smile and jump above them, and when they all fell from the building, I looked down with a smile, the others almost gasped because of their heads hitting the cement. I swing my sword so it will turn into a dagger and put it on my waist.

I happily got off the abandoned building and walked back to where I came from.

I looked at the sky— the sun was still too high, and the time was still too long to go back.

I go to the forest and sit down on the ground. I close my eyes and start to focus on my surroundings. I clearly hear all the noise of my surroundings, and I can even see the thermal heat of those surroundings. I'm amazed by what I can do.

Even with my eyes closed, I clearly saw them coming closer to me.

I said while holding their neck to break.

I just ignored the pain and fixed my stuff and was ready to go home.

But when I held the seed that Helenora gave me in my pocket, the seed that Helenora gave me was not there. I suddenly panicked while searching the entire pocket of my clothes, it wasn't there, and it was almost late afternoon.

Shit, where do I put that seed?

I panicked looking at the seed in my pocket, and I ruffled my hair in irritation.

I have no time to search for that seed here in the forest, I immediately pick up the animals that I hunt and start to walk.

How can I go home if I don't know where that hut is?

I can't just shout here all of a sudden to call Helenora, it's already almost night, and the zombie-vampires are more active at night.

I decided to leave a sign on every tree I passed. The forest was dense, and it seemed like it was about to get dark. I carried the animals while crossing the forest in the heart of the forest, silently praying to see the way back to the hut.
