Dean called Ellen as he watched Ruby. He wasn't letting her leave his sight until he figured out why a ghost was haunting her. He got tense as the phone rang.

"Dean," Ellen said when she picked up, "everything alright?"

"Not entirely, me and Sam have a situation. First, we have a sister." Dean said.

"Can't say I'm surprised there, how did you find her?" Ellen asked.

"She found us, she's a hunter, a kid hunter. Saved our ass from demons." Dean explained.

"I've heard rumors about a kid hunting, Red hair by chance?" Ellen asked.

"Yep, on a motorcycle, she's me with boobs," Dean said.

"Should have known she was a Winchester. Heard some insane stories about an eight-year-old taking on a nest of vampires, or a ten-year-old killing three werewolves alone." Ellen said with a slight chuckle "So what about your sister?"

"She's being haunted... by your husband," Dean said hesitantly.

"I need to see this myself, me and Jo will be there in a few hours," Ellen said, hanging up.

Dean looked at Ruby who just looked confused. "I don't know why you are so worried about Bill, I would be dead without him."

"He's haunting you, Ruby, that isn't normal!" Dean exclaimed.

"No, he raised me," Ruby retorted before walking outside of the room, she needed to smoke.

Ruby lay on the bed bored as Dean watched TV and Sam was on his laptop. Ruby pulled out her phone and sent a text to Tommy's old phone number. She did this whenever she missed him, even if he would never reply it helped with the pain.

"Met my brothers, despite my trying they won't let me be alone anymore. I think I've finally found a family" Ruby texted the old number with a soft smile.

There was a knock on the Room door which brought Ruby's attention to it. Dean turned the tv off and opened the door. Ellen and Jo stood at the door and Dean let them in.

"That your sister?" Ellen asked, looking at Ruby.

"Yeah, that's Ruby. Ruby, this is Ellen and her daughter Jo" Dean said, introducing them.

"Jo, she's grown so much," Bill said walking towards his family.

Ruby watched Bill as he reached out to touch Jo but went through her. Bill looked at Ruby sadly as he just wanted to hug his wife and daughter. Ruby nodded at him knowing what to do.

"Bill told me a lot about you two," Ruby said getting off the bed.

"Bill as in... dad?" Jo asked, looking at her mom.

"Apparently he's haunting Ruby," Ellen said looking at Ruby.

"No not me," Ruby said pulling the ring off of her neck "This."

"That's his wedding ring," Ellen said in disbelief.

Sam and Dean watched this silently wondering how Ruby would deal with this situation. Ruby just smiled at Ellen softly and walked closer towards them. She held the wedding out towards Ellen.

"It belongs with you," Ruby said with a smile.

Ellen grabbed the ring and as soon as she did Ruby's eyes rolled back. Her nose bled black blood and everyone saw Bill standing next to Ruby. Bill smiled and walked towards Ellen and Jo pulling them into a hug.

"I missed you both so much," he said as they felt the warmth of his touch.

Jo began crying in her dad's arms "How can I touch you?" She asked in disbelief.

"Ruby is a special child," Bill said, glancing at Ruby's state, "she's doing this for me."

"How?" Ellen asked, touching Bill's face in amazement.

"It doesn't matter, all that matters is she kept her promise," Bill said looking into Ellen's eyes, how he missed her eyes. "A Winchester took me from you, but a Winchester brought me back to you"

Sam and Dean looked at each other and realized, Ruby just cleaned up one of their dad's messes. They looked at Ruby in worry as she didn't move or speak, stuck in a trance-like state. They looked back at the reunited family, Dean smiled, he felt proud of what Ruby did.

"I'll always be with you both, I'll never leave you again. Jo, you grew up so beautiful, I wish I could have seen it" Bill said giving his daughter a kiss on her forehead. "Keep my ring with you." He said before fading away.

Ruby fell to the floor in pain as she came back. Coughing up blood, everyone rushed to her in worry. Ruby tried to assure them she was fine, but no one believed her.

"If it was that dangerous, why did you do it!" Ellen yelled at Ruby.

"For Bill, I owe him everything after he basically raised me," Ruby said coughing.

Ellen and Jo looked at Ruby stunned "Are you sure she's John's kid?" Ellen asked Dean in disbelief.

"She is," Dean said picking up Ruby.

Dean placed Ruby on the bed, and Ellen and Sam went outside to talk. Jo looked at Ruby with interest and a bit of Envy. Despite how upset Jo was that Ruby got to grow up with Bill, she couldn't hate the younger girl. After all Ruby risked her life just so she could feel her dad's hug one more time.
