Roddy POV

I walked in the house after dropping Honesty off at my mama's for now. I wanted some time with Heaven because her and Honesty will be going back to New York in a few days.

I walked up the stairs and down the hall, to the guest room Heaven was in, and seen her with her earphones in, and she was singing.

I think she was recording herself on her voice recorder app, from what it looked like.

"Said I been looking babe... But I can't find no oneeee.. Oooh" She sang.

She turned around and seen me, then stopped her voice recorder and said "Hey!"

"Was good.. I ain't mean to interrupt" I said.

"No you're fine, I was writing a song and just recording how it may sound on this beat" She said shrugging.

"Is it for you, or did you write it for someone else?" I asked.

"It's for me" She said.

"Lemme hear some of it, that beginning part was sexy" I said and she laughed saying "Stop"

"It was" I said chuckling.

"But for real, I wanna hear it" I said as I sat beside her.

She nodded her head as she took her earphones out and played the beat out loud.

"Said I been looking babe..

Everytime I hear that shit it turn me on. I don't even know why, she just sound so sexy.

I looked over at her, and she stopped reading the lyrics from her phone and closed her eyes as she kept going.

"That's all so far" She said as she opened her eyes and looked over at me.

"You already know that shit fire." I said and she smiled saying "Thank you. I'm trying."

"You doing it. Doing it big" I said.

"Thank you! Are you excited? Your second album drops in a few weeks" She said.

"Yeah a little nervous too though but I'ma shake it off" I said.

"Why you nervous?" She asked.

"Well, my first album went platinum, double platinum at that. And it's been two years since I dropped music, and since I dropped that album so. I'm hoping they fuck wit this one as much as the last one, you know?" I said.

"Yeah I understand that. I actually love the album." She said.

"Thank you.." I said with a smile and she smiled too saying "No problem."

"I was just in another headspace creating it. I can't really explain what it was, but yeah. The album displays that." I said.

"And your true fans will understand that. I don't think anybody should expect the same album again, with any artist. Artists grow, evolve and change throughout the years like any other person. So their perspectives may change, what they speak about may change and all." HeavenLeigh said.

"Exactly! That's the thing with me so, hopefully they'll fuck wit it" I said.

"I believe they will." She said, I looked at her and chuckled.
