HeavenLeigh POV

"And after all my strength is gone, in You I can be strong. I look to youuuu, Lord" I sang to myself as I packed Honesty's bag up.

We are back in New York, and I was about to go to my studio session, but drop her off at day care first.

I never like to take her to the studio sessions with me because the engineers smoke and everything in there so. It's not a place for kids really.

"And when the melodies are gone, gone, gone, in You I hear a song" I sang.

"Come on baby" I said grabbing Honesty's hand as we walked out the house and I locked the door behind us, before we walked to the car.

45 minutes later

After dropping Honesty off at daycare, I finally made it to the studio, getting out the car.

I seen Deon, a guy that's always around here, he just sits outside the studio here all the time and I don't know why.

"Hi Deon" I said.

"Wassup Heaven" He said.

"You okay?" I asked.

"Oh- Yeah I'm coo, just getting some fresh air" He said and I squinted my eyes a bit.

Everyday?

I don't know.

It always seemed off to me.

"Okay.. You sure you good though?" I asked him.

"Yeah I'm fine. Thank you" Deon said.

I just nodded my head and said "No problem" before walking inside of the building.

Roddy POV

"Aight so, now that the date is set in motion for the album, we gotta go over your promo deals for it" Kamal said.

Had a little meeting today with him.

"Aight hit me wit it" I said.

"Pause." Kamal said as he went through the paper work and I gave him a look, then we both laughed.

"Nigga you know what I mean" I said.

"Still sounded crazy, but anyways" He said and I laughed flipping him off.

"So you got two talk shows to go on-"

"Damn. See that shit make a nigga like me nervous, they're bigger than radio interviews" I said chuckling.

"You'll be just fine, you know how to handle yo self" Kamal said.

"Appreciate cha. I'm down for it, what else?" I asked.

"A few club appearances, easy cash. Then you got a radio interview with Big Boy." Kamal said.

"My guy, my guy. He's the only person I like getting interviewed by" I said.

"Yeah because he don't ask you bout the drama. It's always giving you yo flowers, and about the music wit him." Kamal said.
