"Hey.." I said as Remy sat across from me in the visitation room, and she put the phone to her ear.

She been locked up for a week now, but she has a bail hearing next week. So hopefully we can get her out.

"How are you holding up in here?" I asked.

"Shit, I'm coo. Been playing spades wit these mothafuckas, it's been aight" She said chuckling.

I laughed shaking my head.

"I always find light out of a situation." Remy said.

"I know. I admire that about you." I said.

"And I know I'm straight because God got me. And I know I'ma get out after the bail hearing. Because I didn't do anything." Remy said.

"That's right." I said with a smile.

"Kamal came to see me earlier, we had a conversation about you." Remy said.

"About me?" I said slightly confused.

"Mhm" She said.

"What do you mean?" I asked.

"Well, we started talking about the situation with me being in here and what not, and then we discussed how much of a blessing you are to the both of us. How we don't know where we would be if we didn't have you around." Remy said.

I poked my bottom lip out.

"Don't make me cry." I said.

"It's true. And then.. He just went on and on about you." Remy said squinting her eyes a bit before she smiled.

"What?" I said.

She chuckled and said "Nothing.. Nothing at all"

"Well I love y'all. I'm leveled, when I got you two with me." I said.

"I love you more." Remy said and we both smiled.

"I'm glad you're okay, and keeping your head up. Everybody at the church is praying for you." I said.

"Well tell everyone I said thank you. I'll be out right after that hearing. And I'ma get back to y'all, get back to my baby Latrel, and get back to my life." Remy said.

"Has he came to see you?" I asked talking about Latrel.

"Yeah, this morning." Remy said.

"Okay good" I said.

"That man is the love of my life girl. I never ever would've thought I'd be in love with a man ever again" Remy said.

I laughed and said "Aww. I'm so happy for you. Shoot, at least you're happy. My love life is tragic."

"Not for long Heaven. God got somebody for you. Your perfect match." Remy said.

"You think so?" I asked.

"I definitely do.. Probably somebody you should've been got with." She said chuckling.

"Ummm" I said.

"What?" She asked.

"You got something you wanna say?" I said and she laughed so hard.

"I'm just saying, you never know who God has for you. That's all girl" She said.

I laughed and said "You're right."

"Williams, time's up." The guard said to her.

She sighed.

"Well that's my cue. I love you bestie, I'll see you at the hearing." Remy said.

"Okay.. I love you more. Head up" I said.
