Roddy POV

"Thank you for letting me see her" I said to HeavenLeigh as we were at the park with Honesty.

"Of course." She said.

I looked over at her while pushing Honesty on the swing set, and I said "How are you doing?"

"How are YOU doing Roddy?" Heaven asked back.

"What you mean?" I asked.

"I just feel a broken spirit.. You okay?" She asked.

Damn.

"I'm coo, just been thinking" I said.

"About?" Heaven asked.

"About how to get myself back right" I said.

"I hear you. And Roddy, I need you to know I'm here for you. I pray for you everyday." She said.

"I know you do.. I really appreciate that" I said.

She nodded her head.

"My body feels weak lowkey, I think it's withdrawals" I said.

"Probably, when was the last time you did that?" Heaven asked, referring to the drugs.

"Yesterday." I said and she sighed.

"Roddy why do you do it?" She asked me.

"I just like doing it" I said.

"But why?" She asked.

"Getting high" I said.

"Weed ain't enough for you anymore?" Heaven asked me.

"No, I just feel good aight? It numbs me" I said and she sighed.

"I hate that you feel like that's an escape for you.." Heaven said rubbing her face.

"I'm fine. As long as I get to see my daughter, and do my music I'ma be coo" I said.

"I can see it in your eyes that YOU don't even believe that." Heaven said and I didn't say anything.

"I just wish you would talk to me about whatever's going on in your head, because Roddy, I sense it, and I feel it. In my heart." She added.

I looked at her for a moment before reverting my attention to Honesty and she said "Daddy I'm finna jump off on 3!"

"Alright baby, go ahead. 1, 2, 3!" I said and she jumped off the swing set and landed on her feet.

"Woooooo!" Me and Heaven said at the same time and Heaven clapped her hands for Honesty and Honesty smiled and jumped up and down.

I laughed before picking her up and I kissed my daughter's forehead multiple times. "Daddy loves you." I said to her.

"I love you too" Honesty said cheesing before I put her down and she ran off to the seesaw.

"Heaven" I said.

"Hmm" She said.

"I'm sorry for putting my hands on you, doing what I did.." I said and she looked at me.

"I'm sorry about that. It was wrong, I know it was wrong. But I didn't see anything wrong with it at the time, because I was angry about everything. Not even just you, it was everything. I took my anger out on you and shit" I said.

Heaven nodded her head, and said "I have the spirit of forgiveness. Other wise I wouldn't be here with you right now."
