HeavenLeigh POV

"Dang it" I mumbled. I was in the studio writing a song to this beat one of my producers sent to me. Writer's block was getting the best of me.

I started the beat over and grabbed my lyric sheet, going over what I have written so far.

"Oooh you abandoned me.." I sang hitting the note I was aiming for.

"That's better" I mumbled to myself.

I seen Deon from the door window and he was just walking around. I scrunched my eyebrows before opening it and I said "Hey Deon!"

"Oh wassup HeavenLeigh" He said with a smile.

"Come! Come work with me" I offered.

"Really?" Deon said in somewhat shock.

"Yes!" I said and he rushed inside making me laugh.

"Woooo it's so cold outside for real" He said.

"Why don't you ever go home?" I asked.

"I mean I just- I like being out and about, that's all" Deon said.

"I feel you." I said.

"So, what's this song you working on called?" He asked.

I started the beat over and said "Love don't live here anymore"

"Mmm. Very deep title." Deon said.

"Yeah. Wanna hear what I got so far?" I asked.

"Absolutely" He said cheesing and rubbing his hands together.

I laughed and said "Okay"

I waited for the beat to drop and I started singing.

"You abandoned me... Love don't live here anymore" I started off and he looked at me slightly bobbing his head.

"Just a vacancy, love don't live here anymore.." I sang.

"I like that" Deon said and I smiled as I kept going.

"Man Heaven how you do that?!" Deon said.

"Do what?" I asked.

"Sing so angelic and make it easy" He said and I laughed.

"Aww Deon! Thank you so much!" I said.

"No problem, when you gonna record it?" He asked.

"In a few minutes actually. You can stay while I do so" I said.

"Oh I don't wanna bother-"

"You are not bothering me at all. Plus it's warm in here and it's cold outside, you can stay in during my session. Don't worry" I said assuring him.

He smiled and said "Thank you HeavenLeigh.."

"Of course" I said, putting the headphones over my ears.
