The last day of September had arrived, announcing the sports festival's begin. One of the professors, Yamada Hizashi was in charge of commentating on the events, as well as standing of each house.

"Yamada-Sensei isn't one to give biased commentary, but it's obvious who his personal favourites are," you explained. "At least, that's what he's like in lesson."

"Last time I saw him around was in our first year's sports fest," Jirou recalled. "Hopefully he's rooting for us, this time round."

Your entire house was in the waiting room downstairs, waiting for you to be called out onto the field. Since you were house A, you would be the first to step outside onto the crowd of cheering parents.

"Introducing the winners of last year's sports festival, Class 2-A!" Yamada announced.

All of you walked out in a single file the moment you were called up, many waving back at friends and family that were all sat in the bleachers. Bakugou's face briefly flickered on the big screens, given he was the one who'd scrounged together the most points from your house, leading you to win the house cup that year.
