He took a drag out of his cigarrette, humming along to the tune which played on the radio.
January 15th, 05:55. He'd woken up not too long ago, to get ready for work.
Yawning, he sat down to read the paper. It was the same one from end December, but he hadn't read it due to being on vacation to see his family during the time. He'd only returned home last night, but was forced to come in to work this morning due to an emergency.
The headline, one from the middle of December, held details about people he never expected to read of again.
